    The knocking on the door interrupted Zack Wace’s inner rant.


    He walked over to open the door, and the person outside said, “Mr. Dalton is back.”


    Mr. Dalton, full name Hunter Dalton, was the boss of Equinox Geomancy and Numerology Company and the guy who sold Alexander Summers a phonenyardst time.


    However, in their line of work, they don’t call their boss “boss,” but rather “Mr.,” as if it added an extra touch of refinementpared to ordinary businessmen.


    Zack Wace couldn’t stand Hunter Dalton, always feeling that he didn’t resemble a mage but rather a con artist.


    But Alexander Summers seemed to value this man, and even brought him to Parrotbeak Bay this time, saying he wanted him to check out the geomancy.

    When Zack Wace heard this, he knew that Hunter Dalton wanted to sell another product and sneered coldly: “You’re not going to say you have such an artifact in yourpany, are you?”


    Hunter Dalton grinned, “Mr. King has a keen foresight. Indeed, I have a Qin Dynasty sacrificial cauldron in my possession. I think Master Xander is born with nobility, and if he could have this cauldron, it would give him wings.”

    Hunter Dalton smiled, “Eight million.”

    Hunter Dalton’s smile was still gentle, and he calmly replied, “I wouldn’t dare to deceive you; this price is already discounted. Mr. King, you must be well aware that if it were put up for auction, it would never be sold for less than 15 million.”


    Zack Wace didn’t give in, “Auction prices are inted, with no real demand.”


    Hunter Dalton nodded in agreement, “You’re right. Such a good item can only be acquired by Master Xander.”


    Zack Wace was speechless. Well, the ball was kicked back by this guy again.


    Eight million wasn’t much to Alexander Summers, who had several casinos in his hands, with daily revenue in the billions, but if Zack Wace didn’t haggle, he wouldn’t be happy.


    Being extravagant was fine, but if one was seen as an easy target, it would be a joke! Zack Wace would not allow that to happen.


    As for the eight million, Alexander Summers didn’t dwell on it. He lit a cigarette and leanedzily back in the ck leather chair, his demeanor cold and aloof.


    Amidst the lingering smoke, Alexander Summers asked Hunter Dalton, “Did you find the item I asked you to look forst time?”


    Zack Wace immediately perked up his ears.


    What item? Why didn’t he know about it?! How could he, as a confidant, not know something?!
