Bai Dong got someone to send Gu Na home. She was so angry that her head was hurting. She did not expect her son to be so stubborn and protective of that woman. She was trying to create an opportunity for him and Gu Na to get together today.
Chu Zhenting brought the bird’s nest over. “Alright, it’ste. Go to sleep. Don’t be angry about this. Yichen hasn’t decided to marry that woman. There’s no hurry.”
Bai Dong took the bird’s nest and red at her husband unhappily. “What do you know? I’m afraid my son will be deceived. There are too many women with tricks up their sleeves.”

Li An’an woke up in Chu Yichen’s arms. Although they couldn’t do anythingst night because of her period, Chu Yichen hugged her throughout the night. At first, her body was tense, but gradually, she fell asleep. She couldn’t recall thest time she had slept so well.
Chu Yichen pinched her face when he saw that she had woken up, leaving a red mark on her fair skin.
Li An’an rubbed her cheek angrily. She had nevere across such a despicable man.
“Get up. Come to the office with meter.” Chu Yichen lifted the nket, reached for his shirt and put it on. Then he put on his trousers, jacket and tie, once again looking very much his usual steady and elegant self.
Li An’an tugged at her spaghetti strap dress. Although they didn’t do muchst night, there were marks all over her body. Chu Yichen was such a pervert.
The man put on his tie and turned around to check his phone.
Li An’an walked towards the bathroom barefooted. Before she reached the door, Chu Yichen dragged her back to the bed.
“Put on your shoes.”
Li An’an was displeased. “It’s summer. What’s there to be afraid of? It’s not like I’ll catch a cold.”
“You’re having your period, if something goes wrong, I’ll be the one to suffer.” Li An’an cursed silently. He was really too much of a control freak.
She was going to ask him how much he had paid her to allow him so much control over her life. Her worry was that he’d actually cough up a pile of cash. At that thought, she shut up.
After washing her face and brushing her teeth, she changed into a white shirt and light-colored jeans and went downstairs. Her svelte figure raised a few eyebrows.

Li Cheng brought breakfast. He ced it down and nced at Li An’an before turning to leave.

“Junjun, did Granny Li look after you guys well yesterday? Did you behave yourselves?” Li An’an asked. Among the three children, Junjun was the most meticulous and the best at expressing his thoughts. She wanted to ask him if Granny Li treated them well.
