    Although Mi Dong’s family isn’t wealthy, they have a decent amount of fortune. Having grown up with her friends, she knew too well how spoilt and wayward they could be; none of them were as good-natured as Gu Li.

    Thus, feeling generous, she proposed, “Would you all like to go out for dinner tonight? My treat.”

    Mi Dong also smiled, her eyes squinting into crescents, “I want to eat crawfish.”


    “Done deal!”


    Gu Li readily agreed.


    Noticing that Qiao Yin had been silent since she entered, Gu Li couldn’t resist asking her, “Qiao Yin, what about you? Is there anything you’d like to eat tonight?”


    Qiao Yin looked up, “You guys go, I won’t be eating.”
