    Qin Zhiyou noticed her obvious look of disgust, his Adam’s apple bobbed, his gaze was dark, and not long after, he got up.


    When Lu Weixi opened her eyes, she saw Qin Zhiyou standing at the foot of the bed, raising his eyebrows, his lips slightly curled, an impish grin on his face.


    His head lowered, he added in a somewhat regretful tone, “I really do like you – as a person. You are the mostpatible woman I’ve met in these years.”


    Lu Weixi’s temples throbbed. She could smack this shameless bastard with an ashtray if she had one!


    Qin Zhiyou waspletely unfazed, dressed immactely in a suit, with even his shirt buttons perfectly aligned.


    In contrast, she looked disheveled, with her hair all over the ce.


    He stood by the bed, his face was calm and dignified. Yet, the words that came out of his mouth were utterly shameless, “I will seriously consider what you saidst night. You’re right, the number of women is meaningless, quality is the key. In theing days, I’ll continue to work hard, right, my dear wife.”


    Hisst few words were said with a yful tone, which almost drove Lu Weixi mad. Especially when he leaned down as if to kiss her, Lu Weixi swung at him.


    Qin Zhiyou easily blocked it, and when she tried to p him with her other hand, he caught that too. He held her hands, leaned in towards her with a smug expression, and pecked her on the cheek.


    As he was leaving, he cleared his throat, his lips curling into a smile. He straightens his clothes, stretcheszily, strolls to the door, and says cheerily before he opens it, “Goodnight, hope you have sweet dreams.”


    A pillow flew towards him from Lu Weixi’s direction. She clung onto the nket, shaking with anger. How could she have been so blind to provoke this insatiably greedy wolf! Especially when she was trying to get back at Qin Zhigu!


    However, Qin Zhiyou’s smile vanished the moment he stepped outside the door.


    Outside, Xue Feifei was crouching in the corner, and even though Yu Sixing got kicked, he was leaning against the wall for support, with He Weiyou apanying them. Seeing Qin Zhiyou stepping out cheerfully after causing so muchmotion, they didn’t need any exnations to understand what had happened.


    Xue Feifei’s eyes turned red instantly, she red at Qin Zhiyou fiercely but knew better than to disturb her friend in there who needed peace to lick her wounds. Doing otherwise would only make things worse.


    Qin Zhiyou ignored her, striding away. Yu Sixing stood up too swiftly and grimaced in pain, asking, “Hey, where are you going?”


    Qin Zhiyou didn’t respond, walked towards the hotel lobby, and Yu Sixing hobbled after him with He Weiyou. Their silhouettes quickly vanished down the hotel hallway. Soon after, they heard the sound of a car engine. It seems they had already left.


    It was only half an hourter when Xue Feifei started to cautiously knock on the door..
