Looking down, he saw that it was from a subordinate and knew it must be work-rted. After a moment’s hesitation, he answered. The person on the other end immediately said, “Simpson, there’s a slight issue with the material submitted by Ms. Lu.”
Hearing the report received from his subordinate and the person it concerned right there, Qin Zhigu felt awkward.
Sitting so close, Lu Weixi obviously heard too. She turned her head and looked at him with confusion.
Qin Zhiguined immediately. “Nonsense, what issue?”
The person on the other end replied, “Didn’t the parameters change? Once the parameters change, many features undergo minor changes.”
Lu Weixi nced at him and stretched out her hand. Understanding her immediately, Qin Zhigu handed her the phone. With a calm face, Lu Weixi said, “It’s Lu Weixi. If there’s a problem, you can tell me directly.”
The person was startled but still exined the situation to her. The two of them discussed back and forth, and before long the rain had lessened. As Lu Weixi handed the phone back to Qin Zhigu, Qin Zhiyou, who hade to find her, saw the whole scene.
