    Jian Yiling’s answer: When the blood vessels in the membrane surrounding the eyeball and sclera get irritated, they may be red. This sort of irritation/bleeding can cause the white parts surrounding the pupil to change in color.

    Jian Yiling’s answer: He has poor blood cirction. Poor blood cirction will lead to insufficient blood flow to the extremities of one’s body. However, usually, this doesn’t require any special treatment. Remember to keep warm and avoid any strenuous exercise.
