Chapter 618: Matters Develop Further (2)

At this moment, a person who imed to be a student from Beijing University came out to make a statement.
The person imed to be someone who had been hurt by Jian Yiling.
They imed that Jian Yiling had used her connections to steal their research. As a result, they got ndered and expelled from the university.
[I’m someone who was harmed by Jian Yiling. I was previously a second-year postgraduate student at Beijing University. However, Jian Yiling used her connections to steal my research. Not only did the university not speak up for me, but they also turned around to falsely use me of giarism. They gave my entire research and thesis to Jian Yiling. That’s probably how she received such good grades in the past.]
Then, the person posted some reports of their research. The person stated that these were the fruits of their hard work.
It was obvious that this person was Lu Yuan.
Lu Yuan had been expelled from Beijing University.
After she got expelled, she could do nothing with her life. Every single day, she stayed at home and suffered. She suffered usations and pain.
Even her family med her for her actions. All of her rtives and friends pointed their fingers at her.
She was living life in misery. Her entire life was filled with darkness.
In fact, often, she would have nightmares of that day. She regretted her actions back then. However, there was no medicine for regret in this world. There was nothing that she could change.
For her, life was only filled with endless despair.
And thus, when she saw the online debate about Jian Yiling, she decided to take a gamble. There were people using Jian Yiling of cheating anyway.
There was nothing left for her to lose. If she won the gamble, she could get everything back. She could get back everything that used to belong to her.
In fact, she could even pull Beijing University down.
If her punishment was not proper, then the university would be used of not doing its job properly.
Upon reading this, the Inte furthermented on Jian Yiling’s grades. In their eyes, Jian Yiling’s grades were obtained through cheating. She used money and power to get all of her achievements in life. And thus, she had no real talent.
Then, the Inte began to criticize Beijing University as well.
[What the hell? What sort of family is Jian Yiling even from? How is her family so powerful? How can they bribe Beijing University?]
[Relevant departments, please investigate into the Jian family. There are probably a lot of hidden things beneath the surface.]
[A lot of us have been studying hard for ten years. We’ve worked so hard to seed in our college exams. However, instead, our dream university is epting these kinds of people.]
[Well, it seems as though we have to rely on our family’s wealth and power to get ahead in life. I guess we have to me ourselves for the fact that we didn’t enter the right womb.]
As the pressure of public opinion was too great, the university leaders decided to talk to Jian Yiling.
In the office, the university leader sat in his seat. Jian Yiling sat opposite him.
“Jian Yiling, our university recognizes your academic achievements. However, what’s happening on the Inte will affect our university’s reputation. If it’s possible, you shoulde out and rify the situation.”
In other words, the university leaders wanted Jian Yiling to settle the matter for them. They did not want this to further impact the university’s reputation.
After all, the start of the problem was on Jian Yiling’s part.
“Bang——”
The door of the office was mmed open from the outside.
Jian Yiling and the university leaders both turned their heads to look in that direction.
They saw Zhai Yunsheng walk into the office with long strides. He walked straight over to Jian Yiling and sat down beside her.
Zhai Yunsheng bluntly told the university: “Go and make a statement right now that there’s no problem with Jian Yiling’s grades. It’s the truth anyway.”
