    A few minutester, the man was taken away by the police and the girl who hade close to being abducted was called in for interrogations and questioning.


    Because Lu Jia’er had been held hostage, as a victim, she also went to the police station.


    “I just got off work... I went to the intersection of the alley. This man... came out of nowhere... seized my hand and dragged me toward the car. I resisted, cried for help... but nobody came to my rescue. Fortunately, this kinddy stepped up to save me...” The girl who had still not recovered from the attempted abduction spoke disjointedly.


    After the girl’s confession waspleted it was then Lu Jia’er’s turn.


    The policemen fixed their gaze on Lu Jia’er’s face. They were curious about what the girl had said to the man at the time that seeded in convincing him to give up on the crime.


    Lu Jia’er began. “I’m Lu Jia’er, a psychology professor at B University!”


    As soon as she stopped, one policeman stood up. “You’re Professor Lu. No wonder you look familiar! I am your student and your super fan!”


    Facing a ‘fan’, Lu Jia’er maintained herposure. “You want me to borate on the process?”


    “If you’re avable, please share with us in detail the process!” the policeman said modestly.


    “Sorry, I happen to be busy today. I have a get-together with friends. Can I borate on what happened tonight if the municipal police department organizes another psychology training?” Lu Jia’er said.


    “Yes, of course. We look forward to your lecture!” the policeman said.


    “Thank you!” Lu Jia’er said with a faint smile.


    “Well...” the policeman hesitated.


    Lu Jia’er looked at the police officer and he scratched his head. “May I have your autograph please?”


    “Yes!” Lu Jia’er agreed.


    The policeman quickly handed her the pen and book in his hands.


    Lu Jia’er pointed at the book. “I prefer another one!”


    The policeman realized that he had tried to give the interrogation record book to Lu Jia’er. Embarrassed as he was, he quickly drew out another notebook from the right corner of the desk.


    Lu Jia’er autographed the book with a pen, leaving her beautiful and elegant name.


    The two came out of the police station. Jin Xiangdong sized Lu Jia’er up, from where she walked next to him, and said, “It was too dangerous!”


    “Yeah!” Lu Jia’er nodded. “It was.”


    “Do you take risks so often?” asked Jin Xiangdong.


    Lu Jia’re smiled. “asionally!”


    “Even if you do asionally, it proves that my perspective is correct!”


    Lu Jia’er was secretly delighted at hispliment.


    Jin Xiangdong continued. “But I’m still curious.”


    Lu Jia’er knew what he was curious about but she evaded the topic. “People are aloof nowadays. As long as it’s not their own business, they won’t’ go out of their way to care about it. We managed to save a girl, which is a good deed.”


    Jin Xiangdong nodded earnestly then he asked, “What did you say exactly to the criminal in the end?”


    “You want to know?” Lu Jia’er turned around and looked at him in the eyes.


    “Yes!” Jin Xiangdong said.


    “But I’d rather keep it secret!” Lu Jia’er smiled.


    “Why?” asked Jin Xiangdong.


    “Suspense keeps your interest alive!” Lu Jia’er did not give an answer.


    Jin Xiangdong smiled and said, “You’re right! My interest has be even stronger now!”
