In the far future, farther than any person or machine can count, humanity resides on a gas giant called Parvum, Parvum is the only thing in the void of space. In the dead center of what humanity once called the Boote void. No one remembers why or how they are there, as there is no about their origins, only the distant past of a green and blue planet called earth.Parvum has many moons. And on those moons are many different human civilizations, all at each other''s throats for the the most valuable resources Parvum has to offer: Hydrogen, Helium, methane, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and water. And it doesn''t help that there''s an aggressive AI on one of these moons, only being suppressed by a constant atomic bombardment contributed by all the other humans.Naturally, people have abandoned AI out of fear it will become like the one they are at war with. But with no AI to navigate the skies of Parvum, they have opted for a biological computer. A living organism bred for transportation and warfare. Chal is a crewmate on one of these vessels, always known the be disturbed by he organic parts of the ship, but when the ships begin behaving strangely, sparking a war between all of the human colonies, Chal is forced to face his fears head on and get to the bottom of these incidents.
