Chapter 130:
? ? ? ? ?
Alicia hurt her usation at him, clearly frustrated by his actions. “Even an animal needs rest. You didn’t let me have one that night!”
Caden replied calmly, “Animals rest and continue the next day. “You’ve had a whole week.”
In a stern voice Alice replied, "Are you reallyparing me to an animal now?"
Caden didn''t respond. This conversation had taken a strange turn because of him. Used to handle these kinds of discussions, he knew better than to take things any further. I have decided to stay still.
When he didn''t respond, Alice persisted, "So you finally understand how wrong you were, do you?"
Caden just shook his head. “Technically, I haven''t done anything wrong ording to the agreement. But I’ve learned that sometimes it’s smarter to admit guilt.”
Alice blinked in surprise. What did he mean? Was he referring to her experience with other women?
Trying to maintain herposure, she said, “I thought you were more of the controlling type when it came to rtionships.”
Caden smiled weakly, his expression softening. It was clear he was thinking of someone else. “I wouldn''t dare be like that. He’s a nervous wreck.”
It was the first time Alice had seen him smile like that. Whoever he was thinking of seemed to leave him both frustrated and amused.
Alice wanted to make fun of him. He was such a self-assured man, and yet a woman had outdone him.
As she tried to smile, she realized her lips were stiff. She rubbed her cheeks and quickly looked away, trying to avoid his gaze. “I need to review the agreement. Some parts of it are unreasonable.”
Caden noticed the change in her tone and immediately stopped smiling. Without questioning his mood, he replied, “If agreements could be changed at will, they wouldn''t mean much.”
Alice frowned. “You said you would respect me, but you only cared about your own pleasure. Isn’t that rape?”
Caden replied sharply: "Weren''t you enjoying yourself too?"
She had no answer. Her face turned red, but she kept her tone firm. “In any case, you have gone too far. “I insist on making changes to the contract.”
She looked like she was determined to do it. Caden paused for a moment before agreeing. As she worked on the revisions, he moved closer, pulling down her pants.
She used to wear her pants loose forfort, which made things easier for her now. Alice quickly threw the mouse aside and tried to stop him. “What are you doing?”
Caden held his legs. “I’m just checking to see if you’re hurt.”
Alice red at him. “Yeah, right!”
“Why are you so angry all of a sudden?” Caden looked her straight in his eyes. “I admit I went a little overboard that night, but I checked and you weren''t hurt. I even gave you a week to recover. If you''re still angry, I must have missed something. “I need to find out why.”
Alice was silent for a moment. His question, “Why are you so angry all of a sudden?” caught her off guard. Was she really angry? She wasn''t. She was just irritated by hisck of control.
She quickly grabbed her pants and put them on. “I''m not hurt. “What bothers me is how you keep tormenting me.”
"Who stays angry for a whole week?" he said, his voice tinged with disbelief.
She had no answer.
Something didn''t fit, but she didn''t want to dwell on it. She finished putting on her pants and turned her attention back to the deal, muttering under her breath, "I''m not mad anymore. Let''s focus on fixing the deal."
Cadenmented, “We can deal with thatter.”
She gritted her teeth, feeling speechless once again. “No, I’m not in the mood.”
She began typing furiously, documenting every detail about their sexual activity, including how often it would ur each month and how long it wouldst. When she was done, she calmly listed the changes she had made to the agreement and read them aloud to Caden. “Let me know if you have any problems with it.”
Caden wasn''t interested in being formal.
He slid his hand inside her shirt, trying to get her horny. "No. “I’m fine with that.”
Despite his dismissive tone, he kept his eyes fixed on the screen, making sure Alicia wasn''t trying to sneak anything he didn''t approve of into Iri.
Alicia, for her part, had no time to n anything.
Even though she had just said she wasn''t in the mood, Caden''s touch stirred something in her. They hadn''t done it that often, but he had already learned her most sensitive spots.N?vel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive ? material.
She already felt a strange attraction towards him, and his touch quickly weakened her resolve.
Caden gently held her by the neck and leaned in to kiss her. When he pulled back, he noticed her eyes were shining with excitement. A smile spread across her face. “Are you starting to feel it yet?”
Alice turned her head.
“No,” she mumbled, trying to push him back.
Caden saw through her resistance and said softly, “I came on strongst time because you made me wait too long. If you reject me today, we''ll end up back where we started.”
Alice didn''t know what to say.
“Isn''t that a bad deal?” Caden’s voice was soft as he removed thest item of clothing. Startled, Alicia quickly grabbed his hand.
But then he pulled her close, wrapping his arms around her waist and pressing her against the table.
He grabbed her wrists and intertwined her fingers, holding her still.
Alice tried to struggle, but her body betrayed her. She bit her lip, embarrassed. “Fine. “We can do this once.”
Cadenughed softly, brushing his lips against his ear.
"Okay. Whatever you say. Good luck."
