?Chapter 667:
“Unlike you, who doesn’t know how to keep a distance from other men and even tries to get closer to them.”
Alicia was quickly losing patience with his sharpments.
“What do you mean by ‘get close to them’? Do you know what you’re saying?”
Caden responded logically, “You went to the airport to pick up ke, didn’t you? Isn’t that strong evidence?”
“Even if Mr. Langstaff has been reassigned, he is still an employee at mypany. What’s wrong with me picking him up? ording to your logic, giving someone a ride means cheating. So, what about Hank picking you up all the time? Are you two having an affair?”
Caden sneered, “Why are you so angry? Did I strike a nerve?”
Alicia was so angry that it felt like physical pain.
She decided to give up, saying, “Alright, have it your way. I love findingfort in others; I’m excessive. Why does it matter to you? You’re just my boyfriend, so what right do you have to meddle in my personal life?”
Caden was left speechless.
Before he could respond in anger, the car suddenly sped up and surged forward rapidly.
Caden immediately felt nauseous.
He had had too much to drink tonight, and though he wasn’t drunk, he was ufortable.
Now, his body was jolted around the car violently, his stomach in turmoil, almost making him throw up.
He gripped the seat tightly, fighting back the urge to vomit, his face turning white.
“Are you trying to kill us by driving so fast?”
Hearing this, Alicia pressed the elerator even harder, and the car took a sharp turn.
Caden was nearly tossed into the passenger seat.
The car quickly picked up speed, and they arrived home in no time.
As soon as the car stopped, Caden hurriedly opened the door and threw up a mouthful of alcohol.
Alicia looked over.
Seeing that he had vomited only clear liquid, she realized he hadn’t eaten in at least a day.
She felt a twinge of satisfaction from getting back at him but also a pang of regret for his upset stomach.
With a look of annoyance, she said, “Why didn’t you just drink yourself to death at the club?”
Caden finished throwing up, wiped his mouth, and gave her a cold look.
Hisplexion was pale, but he still managed to look strikingly handsome. His weakness gave him the charisma of a wless vampire, forever captivating to women.
Sometimes, Alicia was tempted to report him.
