Elsa hurried through the halls of Snowflake Castle. Her blond hair bounced as she held her ice blue robe up. Her blue eyes darted around until they landed on a glazed over window larger enough for her to fly through. Her right hand flew up, a word of power fell from her lips. The wind change direction rushing past her. The glazed over window blew open. She leaped through it, closing her eyes. She enjoyed the feeling of falling. She couldn’t enjoy the feeling long. She had to be at a meeting where the Leader was heading out the weekly quests. Elsa’s eyes snapped open, unfolding her dove like wings. She tilted forward and with a flap of her wings, she flew toward the meeting place.
Elsa winced when she landed. She was late. It would be held against her when it came to the promotion to Cupid’s Arrow City. Her name rung out and she hurried forward. She approached the raised platform where Leader Raphael stood. He smiled warmly, holding out a scroll. She reached up, taking it.

Elsa twisted on her heel, heading to the transported room. She viewed the prompt, accepting the quest.
Elsa blinked, mentally shook off the effects of the transportation. She shifted and fell. Her eyes widened and she summoned the counteract shrink charm. She landed on the closet door with a loud thud.
“Oops,” She breathed. A loud thud rang out above her, Elsa directed her gaze to the ceiling before her eyes followed the noise until a figure appeared pounding down the stairs, coming to a stop by the front door. Elsa used analyze on the figure. It was Michelle Baker.
Well, she had found her target, Elsa muse, standing up at the same time a light clicked on, blinding the Snow Angel. There was a foggy eye icon by her health with a countdown from 3.Help support creative writers by finding and reading their stories on the original site.
“Who are you?” Michelle spoke as Elsa waited for the blinded icon to disappear, “What are you doing in my living room?”
“I’m Elsa, your Snow Angel Guardian,” Elsa said, “And I’m here to help you to find your Christmas Spirit.”
“Not Interest,” Michelle glared at Elsa. Michelle went on, ordering, “Get out!” the Human turned away, “I am not celebrating Christmas this year.”
“Why?” Elsa asked, partly outraged. She couldn’t be turned away when she could get that promotion.
“I’m alone,” Michelle growled out, starting up the stairs, “That’s why!”
Elsa blinked as Michelle disappeared upstairs. The Angel glanced around the living room. The room had the basic living necessaries but no Holiday decorations. She let out a sigh, stepping away from the closet, glancing behind her. A smile cross her lips. She found the Christmas decorations.
Elsa went to Michelle’s room. She flipped on the light. Michelle shot up from her bed with a glare, snapping, “What are you still doing here?”
“Are you a truth-sayer?” Elsa asked, crossing her arms over her chest. Michelle raised an eyebrow. Elsa went to a different term, “Seerer? A person who can see into the future?”
“No, I am not,” Michelle huffed.
“Then you don’t know if anyone will be coming or not with the morning light,” Elsa argued, “Sometimes the greatest gift you can received is one you don’t expect to get.”
Michelle looked uncertain. Elsa continued, “It will be only for one day. You can take it all down.”
Michelle’s face turned thoughtful.
“Plus,” Elsa said, “It will help you feel better.”
“Fine,” Michelle grunted. Elsa did a mental dance as the human climbed out of bed and grabbed a nearby robe, “Why are you doing this?”
Elsa led the way back downstairs, talking animatedly about life in snowflake castle. She continued talking as Michelle and Elsa pulled the Christmas decorations out. The snow angle noticed as the tree went up and lights went on it, followed by the garland, Michelle started to find her Christmas spirit more until she started to join in the conversation when Elsa brought up some of the old ornaments Michelle owned.
“I got them from my grandma before she died this past year,” Michelle stated with a sad smile, before she explained. Elsa listened, placing the ornaments on tree. She glanced up at the top of the tree. Once her mission was completed, her body would return to its normal fragile size before the angle would be placed on the top.
Elsa heard the word baking and turned to Michelle, asking, “Do you like to bake?”
“Love to,” Michelle corrected, “My dream is to be a professional baker.” She talked about her job at the local bakery. Michelle’s face lit up, eventually drifting to the kitchen where she switched the topic to her boss and how she got several quests opened. Elsa glanced at the clock on the wall. It was midnight. The time for the spell was up.
Elsa smiled, getting the notification of the quest fulfillment. She started floating away. She blinked. She was back at the Snow Flake Castle. She knew the promotion would be announced soon.

Michelle grinned, brightly, pulling an apple pie from the oven. She called out for the mysterious Elsa. She frowned when she didn’t get a reply. She forgot about it when someone knocked on her front door. She went over to the door, opening it.
