Introduction: This is the first story in my Fae Land Series. It is about a subspecies of faerie known as an Arcai Faerie. These faeries are slightly shorter than Barbie dolls and live in eusocial colonies with one leader known as a Sovereign who rules over the colony and is also the only faerie in the colony that can reproduce. There are many Arcai Faerie Clans in Fae land. Each one is run differently with different hierarchies, laws, and rules. This particular story follows a newly crowned Sovereign named Esteria who just inherited her role from her mother and predecessor. Please enjoy the story and let me know what you think....
