Introduction: *First and foremost, I want to inform you that this book was written by my father over the course of many years.I believe it is science fiction as that was his favorite genre.My ultimate goal is to publish it in his memory as he passed Christmas Day of 2012 six months after my wedding and I never got the chance to work on it with him. My father was a great fan of literature. He had a great many books by writers like Stephen King, Isaac Asimov, Dean Koontz, Michael Crichton,Stephen R Donaldson, Anne McCaffrey, and Terry Pratchett to name a few. He would take his books with him to work, where he was a machinist working overnight 12 hour shifts to help provide for my two sisters and I as a single parent. Many of them to this day have discoloration on the pages because of how often he read them. I believe he started writing this book before he left the military in the 1980’s and completed it prior to my birth. My oldest sister was able to type it up for him, though I do still have the original pages. I’m going to post it unedited in multiple sections, and I would really appreciate it if people who are knowledgeable of the genre would offer their opinion on things that would need to be changed or edited. Any of the people who contribute things to the story will get a mention in the beginning of the book if I ever go to actually publish it commercially.
