Lab Report
Dr. Salem Daskalov
ID#: 260676
Subject #83 Ula D. AGE: 15 SEX: F
The subject has been showing the appropriate signs; however, we have failed to completely subjugate her. She is constantly argumentative and at time violent, she still has severe memory loss, most of all; the subject still reports experiencing auditory hallucinations. If she still has visual hallucinations she hasn’t told us, we suspect however, that she does. She appears to recover fragments of her memory each day, primarily memories of me and of the halls. This is apparent through her familiar behaviors and her responses to the basic morning interview.Enjoying this book? Seek out the original to ensure the author gets credit.
Her vital signs are being monitored three times a day. They fluctuate but we have kept them from worsening and are currently working to fix the problem. We have not seen any positive results as of yet. She is by classical terms, unhealthy both mentally and physically but she is faring better than we could have hoped.
She is not ready to move forward with the program.
I will remain with the subject and report to you again next week.
He signs his initials at the bottom and slips the paper into an envelope which he closes with a wax seal. Then he drops it into the outgoing mail bin as he leaves the office. He makes his way through the maze of hallways back to the door marked D36. After retrieving Ula, he guides her, painfully aware of how nauseous she is, to the lunchroom where he makes sure she is fed well on a meal of steaming meatloaf, veggies and fruit juice. He watches her intently, resting his head in his hand. She is such an endearing little fawn.
