The sounds of battle echoed through a darkened forest, filling the area with the shing of steel and the crackling of spells.
The night was illuminated by bursts of fiery explosions and sts of icy winds as two guilds shed in fiercebat.
Dragon''s Fang—known for their ruthless, aggressive ystyle—were pitted against members of Phoenix Celestial, a guild that prided itself on discipline and happened to be the most influential in Enders''s light.
The battlefield was chaotic. Dragon''s Fang warriors charged forward with dark and menacing armor.
Each of them wielded heavy weapons and enchanted shields. Opposite them, Phoenix Celestial''s members held their line with formation and strategy.
Archersunched glowing arrows that split the night sky and mages hurled spells that sparkled with deadly beauty.
Amidst the roars and battle cries, two captains emerged on each side, leading the charge.
A captain from Dragon''s Fang''s side—a towering, muscr man wielding an enormous battle-axe—bellowedmands as he swung, cleaving through a Phoenix Celestial defender brutally.
"Keep pushing forward! We''ll im this dungeon if it''s thest thing we do!" his loud voice rumbled across the battlefield.
Not far away, the captain from Phoenix Celestial''s side, a slender woman with sharp eyes, lifted her staff high.
She cast a blinding light spell, forcing back the Dragon''s Fang yers who had pressed too close. "We''re not letting a pack of brutes like you steal this dungeon!" she retorted fiercely, sending bolts of lightning toward her opponents.
Around them, yers shed, spells collided in midair, and swords shed under the night sky.
Blood-red system notifications popped up over fallen yers'' bodies as they lost levels upon death.
Each side incurred heavy losses as neither was willing to back down.
The battle was in full swing, with over forty yers shing in brutalbat.
Suddenly, a figure darted from the shadows at the edge of the battle, catching sight of the chaos. It was August, still under the cover of his stealth abilities as he fled from Xyron and hisckeys.
He halted, momentarily stunned by the scene. The two guilds were so focused on each other that they hadn''t noticed him slip past the periphery of the battlefield.
"What the hell…?" August voiced out loud while taking in the intensity of the battle.
He had stumbled upon this location by ident while trying to escape, but couldn''t understand why there was so muchmotion.
August overheard snatches of conversation from both sides. Apparently, both guilds had been peacefully grinding in the nearby area when some sort of hidden requirement had been met, triggering the appearance of the dungeon.
Guilds in Enders Light were always on the hunt for first clears—being the first toplete a dungeon not only awarded world announcements but also cemented a reputation as an elite team in the eyes of the game''s entire yer base.
As the skirmish raged on, August knew it was an ideal distraction to slip away from Xyron. He began to move stealthily around the skirmish, hoping to avoid detection.
But fate had other ns. Just as he crept past a group of Phoenix Celestial yers, one spotted him out of the corner of his eye.
"Hey! Another Dragon''s Fang yer trying to sneak in!" he yelled while pointing directly at August.n/?/vel/b//jn dot c//om
August held up his hands in protest, "Whoa, wait! I''m not with any guild!"
But the yer, a sword-wielding knight, was already charging at him. "Nice try! Your excuses don''t fool me."
Realizing there was no point in arguing, August sidestepped the knight''s attack, countering with a quick Hidden Strike that sent the yer reeling back.

The knight staggered, looking both shocked and furious. "Who the hell are you?"
"Just a guy trying to get out of here in one piece," August muttered while leaping back as another Phoenix Celestial yer aimed a fireball his way. The spell sizzled past him, leaving scorch marks on the ground.
At the same moment, a berserker from Dragon''s Fang caught sight of him. "You! You''re from Phoenix Celestial, aren''t you?" He lunged at August while swinging his war hammer with deadly force.
"Does no one listen around here?" August grumbled before narrowly dodging the hammer as it crashed down, sending shockwaves through the ground.
In the chaos, he activated Shadow Dance, creating several shadowy afterimages that danced around the battlefield, confusing his attackers.
A Dragon''s Fang mage noticed the shadows and fired off a chain lightning spell, attempting to hit August, but the bolts only struck the afterimages, dissipating them into smoke. "Damn it! Get him!"
Amidst the shouting, he heard another voice—familiar and infuriating.
"There he is!" Xyron''s voice rang out as he and hisckeys appeared from the opposite end of the field. Their eyes instantly zeroed in on August.
Xyron''s Greatsword glowed ominously as he raised it, clearly intent on finally capturing the elusive Kill Stealing Ghost.
"Out of my way!" Xyron bellowed, shoving aside Phoenix Celestial and Dragon''s Fang yers alike as he advanced with his eyes directly fixed on August.
Hisckeys trailed behind him with their weapons drawn, looking equally eager to end this chase.
"Oh, for the love of…" August muttered under his breath, ncing around desperately.
His only escapey in the newly opened dungeon entrance that both guilds were fighting over. He weighed his options quickly. ''It''s risky, but it''s better than getting torn apart here.''
Dodging another swing from the berserker, August broke into a sprint, dashing toward the dungeon entrance. Several yers from both sides noticed his movement.
"He''s heading for the dungeon!"
"Don''t let him in first!"
But August was already there, slipping into the shadows.
Just as a Dragon''s Fang yer lunged at him, he dove forward, crossing the dungeon''s threshold.
The moment he entered, a system notification shed before him:
[ System Notification: You have entered The Ogres'' Dwelling. Proceed with caution. ]
A dark path with barely any illumination spread out before him.
However, August couldn''t stop moving because Xyron and hisckeys had sprinted through the same entrance only a few moments after him.
[ System Notification: yer Limit Reached - Six yers detected. The Ogres'' Dwelling dungeon has been sealed. ]
