 Prologue: Bombing incident

    As blood streamed down her face, coughing could be heard a distance away. The coughing came closer as footsteps could now be heard. From the sky droplets could now be seen coming down, the sound of the droplets pitter-patting filling her ears. In the distance a man could now be seen. The girl who seemed to be around 14, quickly discerned that this man was the source of the noise that filled her ears. She tried to move but the chains that restrained her hands and feet rattled. The man that was quickly approaching smiled seeing the scene with played in front of him. The expression on the girl¡¯s looked grim as her face turned pale at the sight of the man. The man crept closer to the young girl with his smiler growing wider and wider.


    ¡°Whatcha doing little girl.¡±


    The sound of chains rattling made the man beam in excitement. The rocky and uneven floor made the man look massive in comparison to the little girl. She tried to move her body but the chains restrained her. She finally came to the conclusion that there was no use in doing so. Behind the man figures could be seen wearing silhouettes that covered their body figures as she could not discern the sex. The moon reflection could be seen on the pond, which separated the forest to the crumbling structures. Which moments ago changed from a city to being rumble. The ground started shaking and the man lost his footing soon followed the silhouettes. The pole which was held the chains jumped from its original position stuck inside the floor. The girl not letting this opportunity go to waste she quickly slid the chains down pole, turned around and ran in the rain. The cracked and uneven floor caused her feet to undergo immense pain. The ruble came crashing down brought dust, wood, glass, and other small substances on the ground. She ran and ran she was overcome with an adrenaline rush. Her heart felt like it could explode but she could not allow for this man to get what he wants again. She wanted to look behind her but she was scared. Thoughts like ¡®what if they catch or ¡®if I turn around what will I see¡¯ filled her head. Her hand formed a fist and she swiftly turned her head to stumble on a rock in front of her. She braced herself and ended up scraping her elbow and knees. Even though she fell a sinister smile appeared of her face. The rustling of tree were heard as she turned around. Something that seems to a ball made its way in front of her. The color drained from her face as she stared at the head, the eyes looked as though I didn''t even know how it died. She was about to scream when she hears a ghastly voice.


    ¡°Master we can¡¯t locate her.¡±


    She barely stopped herself by grabbing her arm digging her nails so hard her arm started to bleed.


    ¡°What do you mean you can¡¯t find her? What about magic detection.¡± The man

She slowly twisted her body upward in an attempt to quietly leave but before then a cold hand grabbed her arm. She tried to scream but they put a hand over her mouth and prevented her from talking. She then heard a hoarse voice say.

    She keeps trying to pull away and scream. ¡®No person in there right mind should listen. This what¡¯s wrong with people. You can¡¯t just trust someone you just met and someone who¡¯s covering your mouth like there going to kidnap you¡¯. She quickly tries to pull away but his inhuman strength keeps her at bay.

    An old voice starts talking as soon as he finishes. ¡°Did you capture Mr. Riley, Alex.¡± The man with the horse voice face twitched as he asked ¡°What do you mean mr?¡±


    From the box the voice started cackling before stating ¡° Because ms. Riley has a special habit cr¡ª. The person now known as Riley interjected ¡°cross dressing. You know what for Desbon!¡± the girl said in earnest. The man¡¯s gazed at Riley and his face seemed like it tried to express pity but Riley found that pity to be disturbing as she was unused to it and her face contorted as fear was present. The man facial expression showed he was confused but another noice came out of the box. ¡°Remember meet the carriage at the East side of the city!¡± Desbon said in extreme vigor. Alex and Riley slowly crept to the east side of the city. The ruble still feel down the slope and cries could be heard as the ground was painted crimson. Her feet still in pain caused them to slowly walk toward the East. Alex suddenly stopped to ask ¡°Do you wish for me to carry you.¡± Riley not missing her said ¡°Yes please, and thank you.¡± As she went on Alex¡¯s back and noticed that he didn¡¯t move in the slightest, she found that odd because during her training with Delsbon he told her that boy¡¯s should show at least a reaction to this. She found this young man named Alex to be quite weird to show nothing as he felt nothing. It reminded her of those sages that felt no romance, she admired old stars and not the hero¡¯s that most people do. In many stories that the maids read to her when she was smaller told the tales of a hero who saved a young maiden and conquered her heart. She found them unrealistic in the way that they have to have a hero to say them. Why can¡¯t they do that then selves. There¡¯s also been tales of people who came from another world, a team of hero¡¯s who every time save mankind from the demon lord. She¡¯s confused why her people are so dependent on some hero¡¯s. Our people have showed very little advancement in every war. According to her father Delsbon it¡¯s been 498 years since the last appearance of a demon lord. Apparently a demon lord is created every five hundred years. So their creation is near many people fear this. Though even though it¡¯s being created in a few years doesn¡¯t necessary mean their going to war immediately but hero¡¯s are born every 495 years or that should be true but many hero¡¯s have become justice crazy and declared war on the demon first. When she first told the maids my view the maids called crazy and they said if the church heard she¡¯d be called a heretic. I hope that the hero¡¯s aren''t justice crazed is what she wished for and surprisingly came true. They were different from last time and from a world called earth. It was said not to have magic and had advanced with a thing called science, which was made to explain how something was made. Their beliefs went against the church, Though their world didn¡¯t have magic they got something called cheat skills. They allowed the user to be an expert in their certain field. Their world was called advanced and science did many things that magic could and couldn¡¯t do but both could be said for that too. They also called them reliant on them she was surprised that someone believed in my views. Though it was drilled in her head as her training to be the ¡°young master¡± of the household. She learned many things during her training like how to act like a boy, dress, sound, blush, love, like one. But love didn¡¯t quite work out but other then that she mastered it she knew how to do that. She got used to it at some point but could quickly switch to her original personality. Thus her and Alex continued on their short journey to the east of the city. It was rally short after going in his back their speed continued to increase until they made it there and saw a carriage with a crest of a leaf. The lead represents the Mortex family which¡¯s head is Delsbon. Riley awkwardly got off Alex¡¯s back but once again his expression didn¡¯t change. She again wanted to investigate why but she had to get in and didn¡¯t wish to disturb him. So that¡¯s how she felt as she was riding the carriage. Mortex territory was far from the viscount territory that was bombed by the famous terrorist organization lemon. ¡®I went their for a political marriage which was supposed to be for her second brother Martin marriage with the viscount daughter Sofia. But that won¡¯t be possible since she and her whole family are dead. She and her family were assassinated by the organization and there true target was probably the second prince who is friends with myAfter all that happened that day she got tired and fell asleep.

 Declaration

    She awoke with searing pain and with her face hitting the wall. She slowly got up after the pain dissipated, she found her self in a nightgown with no recollection of how she got in it. She was puzzled as she didn¡¯t feel anyone putting in on her, she suddenly thought of Alex putting it on her with a stern face. Her face also showed no reaction to that as if it was natural but she thought it was odd that he worked for Delsbon and hadn¡¯t met him before that and she once again felt helpless as she had no knowledge of this. Riley then thought that her maid Elizabeth changed her. She changed out of her nightgown and put in her usual clothes which consisted of a boy''s gown made out of silk. She desperately missed the soft feeling of the silk on her skin she also noted that they probably used healing magic to heal her wounds as her skin was clear. The night captain recommended something different because she has no pain tolerance. When she finished getting dressed she looked at herself in the mirror her dark purple which stopped at her shoulders and her dark blue eyes and fair skin on highlights her. She thought if her clothes weren¡¯t torn she thought that Alex discerned her gender. When she finished examining herself a knocked was heard and with it came a voice of what seemed to be a young lady. ¡° Young Master, Master calla for you to meet home in the dining room immediately.¡± Riley easily discerned her as Elizabeth she going to ask her to take her to see her father for practice. Her father made her try to easily captivate girls to add to his network system and use as pawns.


    ¡°Elizabeth would you please take me,¡± Riley asked

    As she and Elizabeth walk to the dining room to see Delsbon, she noticed that the other maids purposely avoid her. ¡®It''s probably Delsbon, what did he tell them.¡¯ is what Riley thought. They soon arrived at the dinning room, there Elizabeth announced Riley presence. An old man with a round stomach greeted her. ¡°Riley my son, how are you doing?¡± He asked with a sly smile. Riley bowed her head and quickly said ¡°I¡¯m doing well father.¡±


    The ever so gleeful Delsbon said¡°I hear you saved the crown prince. You did a good deed with this our importance to the royal family rises. I knew it was good to keep you. Your illusion magic keeps getting better and better.¡± A smile spread across his face but it didn¡¯t stop there he continued ¡°Your illusion magic is good my son or we could say mind influence, be glad you got accepted to the Royal Academia. You will also soon get the honorable title ¡®Friend of The Crown.¡±


    Riley''s face showed a scornful expression as she said, ¡°Isn¡¯t it just political.¡±


    Delsbon smiled ¡°If you continue this you could become the family head. I¡¯m stressed it¡¯s really hard to take care of you and Lara. Oh, she said you don¡¯t have to kill me no more, we reached a compromise.¡±

The breaking of the contract without my consent is death right father?¡± She asked excitedly. ¡°HAHHAHAHAHAHA. You are my daughter. I vow on my name Delsbon von Motex that I will keep my vow and the god of light and justice shall be my witness.¡± Her eyes widened at that, it was the first time that her father ever called her his daughter. Suddenly a black mist surrounded him and quickly dispersed. From Riley''s face a devious smile sprouted on her face ¡°I will start packing immediately. Elizabeth please follow me back to my quarters.¡± Elizabeth who heard their conversation hastily responded:¡± Yes, young master.¡± When they got to Riley quarters Elizabeth started packing. Riley left Elizabeth at the beginning of the process to visit Lara. When she was in front of her quarters, she knocked on her door. The maids around her scoffed. Then a soft angelic voice came after asking ¡°Who is is it?¡± Riley then responds ¡°It¡¯s me Riley, Lara.¡± The door opens and a short girl who seems to be twelve-ish with blond hair, and light blue eyes come to view. She wears a white dress with a light brown hat, her dress visibly flutters as if the wind was blowing. A laugh comes from Riley before saying ¡°I see you learned how to manipulate wind to a certain degree. Such a prodigy my darling Lara.¡±

    Riley started to cackle and stated,¡± Now I why would I do that my love or do wish to.¡±


    Lara explained ¡° Let¡¯s put all of our information sources together to blackmail all of our future classmates, with that we can use them to get information about the hero as try to learn the secrets of their world and their so-called ¡®god¡¯! If not blackmail we¡¯ll take their family hostage anything torture them to reach this. We¡¯ve been in a never-ending war ¡®gods¡¯ acting like higher beings than humans. They might have more power but why are they even summoning hero¡¯s if nothing they do can stop this never-ending war. Acting like humans are like pawns in a game of chess, I bet at this point they don¡¯t even care about us. This is what we will do we will make both the hero¡¯s and demon lord negotiate in this never-ending war this is when will even use taboo magic. Now let¡¯s start on our never-ending journey we¡¯ll live and die as ourselves and not even god can stop us from our goal!¡±


    During her speech, the wind in the spiraled but was still regulated. Their clothes fluttered in the wind, hair spinning wildly.

Then closer six people lay on the ground five human and one demon and above them two people sitting on two thrones of even height. There Riley and Lara sat there with bloodthirsty smiles on their faces staring at the sky. Magic gets influenced by their user''s emotions outside the room sharp wind blades scratched the maids who were outside but they couldn¡¯t run because they felt groggy and had migraines. They dropped some of the blood loss and others because they either got knocked out or lost their sanity and dropped dead. When they came out of the room they saw blood and bodies on the floor. Lara scoffed ¡°Humph, I thought I killed the other spies.¡± They then heard ¡°Young master are you hea-¡° Elizabeth saw the bodies and she screamed and fainted. Riley smiled wryly when she saw the maids with gashes and even more when she saw the ones who peeled the skin of their face.
