《A Syrinx Remembrance》 NineniN It was done, and nothing could take it back. The cold scenery around them in that crematorium made The scene a lot more vivid. The corpse just lied there, almost hilariously still. I almost laughed.A grown man being murdered by a child? It''s amazing to see how far a little surprise can go. Besides the blunt force trauma to the back of the head from My "little" surprise, I bent his joints in ways they weren''t supposed to. He was bleeding what blood was left, and the cut across his left hands'' wrist wasn''t helping either. After he fell, I noticed he was still breathing, so I beat him until he didn''t. I giggled and let show the most disturbing smile the man would have seen, if he were still alive. With one eye half closed and a grin across my face, I tried to think like a sane person. Poor kid, he was only around 19, and besides that fact, I didn''t even know him. Wow, I am really good at that. With adrenaline and dopamine pumping through me, I picked up one leg with my small arms, and pulled as hard as I could. All she needed to do was get him to the furnace. I located a pen, found a slip of paper, and wrote: From, Meirelle. A roll of tape was nearby, so I taped the message to the broken man''s chest and after a struggle, loaded him onto the tray. The machines activation button was not far away...This story has been unlawfully obtained without the author''s consent. Report any appearances on Amazon. On the way home, I passed through the usual dark alleys and shady people, and like always in this safe town, nothing happened. Though nothing has happened, and nothing ever probably would, I cannot help but grip the large knife in my hoodies'' pocket. A young man, looking about a year younger than the man I had just murdered appeared behind me. Startled, I nearly pull the knife on him, but pause in time. "You appear to have lots of blood on you. Are you okay?" Thinking of an excuse, I grip my nose with my free hand and nod. "Yup, just a really bad nosebleed sir." "No need for the formality, I was just wondering if you were okay. I have another question. Have you seen my brother around? He said he was going to meet with someone this morning, but never returned." I stare up at the sky, clutching my nose like a child. I just realized it is sunset. how could I never notice? "I have to go home sir, my Mom is almost finished with dinner. Bye!" We turn away from each other and walk separate directions. I arrive at home and run upstairs. I cleaned the murder site already, so all I need to do is clean me. After my shower, I foldedthe clothes and put them in an airtight bag, then put that in my special drawer. My mom isn''t allowed in there, and I can easily explain this scenario. The gloves, hair net, and wooden bat were all burned with the body, so all I need to worry about is burning the clothes tomorrow. I lied earlier, I already had dinner. As I flop onto my bed, I pull the covers over my face, smile, and hope that my dreams recount the murder I had just commited. EighthgiE I just had the best sleep of my life. I am disappointed I have to wake up for college. Heh. Last evening was very enjoyable. I don¡¯t regret a single bit. The sound and sight of shattering his kneecaps was absurdly fun. Looking around my room, I realize how clean it is. All that remained on the floor was a shirt I had worn from last week. The time it takes for me to get ready for class is incredibly short, so I turn to the other side of my small room, and activate the TV. "Breaking news, Oscar Ming, newcomer to Snapdragon, was brutally murdered. His DNA was found by his younger brother, Felix Ming, as both were studying in forensics. The older in psychology, and the other in particulates." That kid¡ I recalled the young man asking me where his brother went. I knew something was up with the kid I met on the way back from the crematorium. He is probably going to suspect me now. And I thought I had properly cleaned the murder site! Why would I be stupid enough to wear those clothes in public? Dang. I lay down, staring at the ceiling and listening to my local reporter drone on. Dragging myself out of bed again, I swipe up my backpack, make sure my laptop is charged, and head out for my morning walk to college. Leaving the house, I realized how stupid my excuse about still living with my mom. The chilly Snapdragon air cooled me, and produced a puff of ice crystals whenever I exhaled. Checking Ourtube and Rettiwt for fresh content, I walked the thirty minute travel from home to school. Of course, putting my phone away whenever I was near traffic or at a stoplight. I arrived at the modern looking entrance of my college. It was pretty big, and I am still surprised, even though I grew up here, by the amount of funding it took to have all these windows. The solid click of my shoes on the freshly polished floor never got old. Opening the door to my advanced math class was silky smooth, as always. I sat down in my spot, and open my crisp looking laptop. Someone new was sitting next to me¡ Felix was done. He wanted to find whoever did this, and murder them himself. How Could someone do this? Who could murder Oscar? Unauthorized content usage: if you discover this narrative on Amazon, report the violation. He couldn¡¯t believe it happened. Felix has looked into serial murder investigation as a career, (And also his brother had worked in that field.) and statistically, 50% of serial murder victims are between 14 and 29 years old, less than 10% were Asian, and less than 30% were male. How did I determine this was an act of serial murder? Felix wrote down in his notebook, Because the same cause of death, method of killing, and body disposal were all exactly the same as a serial killer on the rise. This was its third target. ¡°Dang it! If only Oscar was here. He was on the fast track to being a forensic psychologist!" Felix looked down, standing, at his desk. It wasn¡¯t exactly legal, the way he acquired all of this evidence, but he felt like he had to try. After studying everything this murderer has ever done in their horrid career. With psychology, he discovered the killer most often killed, not for money, rage, or, ahem, other things, but just for fun. The rush of it. This made Felix even more furious. Focus, Felix, focus. It most often killed its victims using the surprise tactic, which Felix¡¯s intuition told him either it felt more fun to the killer, or the killer was physically incapable of a head on assault, the favorite of the fun loving serial killers. Felix took his notebook to his bed, and began to reread all the evidence. He broke into tears, and fell asleep with his tear-soaked notebook clutched in his right hand. The next day, Felix felt like crap. He woke up, got ready for college, and left without a thought for his messy apartment or the tragedy that had occured the night before. He dragged his feet as he sat in his car, and drove. On his way, he saw someone strangely familiar, put her phone in her hoodie, and cross the street in front of him. Hmm¡ I feel like I have seen her before¡ then, she was out of view. The light turned green, and he drove the final block to his fancy looking college. He remembered his brother, and teared up. Parked, he covered his mouth with his hand and got out. Launching the backpack over his shoulder, he headed to the advanced math class his parents had made him attend. I need to sit down. Felix sat into the nearest empty seat, and that began his first year of college. But wait, someone familiar was sitting next to him. Felix got kind of excited, didn''t know why, and practically cheered: "Hi, I''m Felix! What is your name?" She looked over, her eyes with a happy sheen to them. "Hello, I am Meirelle, pleasure meeting you!" She closed her eyes and grinned. Felix was genuinely excited to have a friend in college. "Do you want to do math together?" Felix popped the question as if he were asking her on a date and blushed a bit. Meirelle just answered with a cheerful "Yes!" At this moment, Meirelle thought: "This is perfect. Now all I need is to do is kill him!" SeveneveS After class was over, and after quite a few laughs were shared, Felix felt good about his future. He had a friend, and was getting good grades in class so far (100%. Yes, his teacher actually had an assignment on the first day of college). Class had ended, so Felix kind of let go: "I gotta go. I''ll see you tomorrow!" He nearly skipped out of the room at max speed, stirring up chalk dust that had accumulated over the past hour. Meirelle waved and smiled. "You look like an American cartoon character, kicking all that dust up!" He laughed as he passed out of view. Felix ran to his next class. Barely making it on time, he slammed his books down and swung open his laptop. After that, everyone in that class referred to him as "Mr. Flickboy" because of how he flicked his computer closed after class ended. I officially can''t kill Felix. I would literally be the prime suspect if he was murdered. I just met him, and we are friends. Perfect. If someone has a warrant, I am practically dead already. If I have the clothes I wore either the day that I murdered Felix or Oscar, you know the rest, but if I get rid of them, it will be absurdly suspicious. So I either make sure they never know the clothes I was wearing, which that would be pretty hard, or clean my clothes so thoroughly that they don''t find anything suspicious on them. Suspicious includes overly hardcore cleaning substances, and they could easily notice that. Even just by looking at them. Dang. I tapped my desk with my fist, and everyone in the room just stopped what they were doing for a second and stared at me. "I.. Ummm¡" Mumbling, I motioned to my professor to continue teaching. He did.Unauthorized content usage: if you discover this narrative on Amazon, report the violation. After his first day of college, Felix felt good. He was doing fantastic in all of hid classes, and he had made quite a few friends along the way. Felix also discovered, that food in college wasn''t bad. You could even get full on your favorite fast food chains, though it was a bit expensive. SunDollars was obviously the most expensive, for a small drink being over five whuan. As Felix sipped his Dr. Spicy from The Wend, he spotted Meirelle. Thinking about Dr. Spicy''s superiority over most soda, he approached her. They had a loud, fun time. As Felix watched Meirelle approach her door, she said, "You do fantastic impressions! My favorites are your Filthy Pink Man, and your legendary "Wryyyyyyyy!" Felix shouted back "Thanks! Those are the ones I practice the most. Have a nice night!" Peeking out of her door, Meirelle replied with a simple "You too!" And closed the door. Felix walked the rest of the way home, thought I hope Meirelle sleeps well¡ remembered his brother, and fell asleep thinking about the case. I have some very important thinking to do. I feel the urge to murder again, but doing so would put me in even more danger¡ I can feel my pulse quickening, and my desire to kill build up inside me¡ No! I must not do it again! I will sleep this off, hopefully. Feeling myself drift into sleep, I let my heavy eyelids close¡ SixiS I wake up in a very unpleasant way. Loud scraping noises continue outside my house, and prevent my sleep. It is time for college anyway. As I stand up, I realize the reason why it felt chilly in the room. My clothes are on the floor! Snagging a fresh set of clothes from my cabinet, I blush. No one is even around! Why am I acting so foolish? It was probably because of how much she got stared at. Some Spanish- Italian Otaku said what no one else was willing to say at the time: "You are practically a legal Loli!" I do look quite young for my age, and Felix hasn''t really shown that he cares. Not only that, but I am in college slightly early. Those things and the fact that I am eighteen cements my being of a legal Loli. I have no idea why I am thinking about this. My backpack and laptop are ready to go, so I depart. As usual, I check Rettiwt. A small dot indicating a notification was lit in the bottom right of my screen. @FelixMing Followed you. Okay then. I have no clue on how he found my Rettiwt page, and it is a bit creepy, I''m not going to lie. As she was kind of weirded out, she arrived at school. I cannot wait for after school. The large, mostly glass entrance of Meirelle''s college welcomed her.You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story. Felix'' morning was a bit more hectic. He scrambled to get all of his stuff, because he had woken up late. "Where are my keys!!" He shouted. That could have woken up my neighbors. As Felix swore, he remembered the previous night. Someone that had went to school with Meirelle in junior high told him her Rettiwt. Felix really hoped Meirelle didn''t think he was some sort of creep. "Aha!" As he swung his keys into his backpack, he rammed his laptop into the tech pocket. Felix turned on his car with a sputter. He went as close as he could to the speed limit. He wanted to go faster, but really didn''t want a speeding ticket. As Felix practically screeched into his parking spot, he looked at his watch. One minute before class started! He had to hurry! Felix sprinted to his advanced math class. When he thrust open the doors, everyone grew quiet and stared at him. Awkwardly, Felix shuffled to his spot next to Meirelle and sat down. Meirelle leaned over sideways and whispered to Felix: "Why were you late?" Felix nearly hissed back. "I slept in, and then couldn''t find my shoes. With a giggle, she returned to her original position and listened to the math teachers lecture. Heh, now everything for today is planned perfectly. Now no one can stop me from getting a smoothie at Wend. But then, Meirelle heard an ever familiar sound. The scraping. It sounded as if someone was making living metal witness baby seals be eaten by orcas. Oh, no. Not this. Why. FiveviF I was enjoying my Wend Milkshake, (I decided against the smoothie.) Trying to ignore the scraping noise, and thinking about Guarding A Draken 3. (Good game by Koyo Rota. Good soundtrack too.) The cool vanilla flavor on my tongue soothed me, even with all the chaos going on in my head. After finishing, I tossed the cup in the recycling bin, and walked out of Wend. I have decided to commit another murder. I thought it through over that milkshake, and I decided I needed to do it again. I even have a target picked out. A classmate didn''t even know the name of, who sat near me in math. He always seems quite anxious, is quite tall, and skinny. To the point where I could beat him in a hand to hand fight. I gather all of my murder gear, and set out for the predicted area where my victim will walk through this poorly lit alleyway. He did almost every day at least. I jump higher than everyone I know can jump, (In terms of height off the ground) and perch myself on a second floor balcony of someone who was at work. I did have to scramble up there though. I pull my knife out of my hoodie pocket, clean it, and await my next victim. Felix hadn''t gotten any sleep in a while. He had bags under his eyes, could barely stand up, and couldn''t use any fine motor skills. All he has been doing these past nights is looking into the evidence, which there wasn''t very much of, and recording his findings in his notebook. He had nearly fallen asleep at his desk, and stood up to get a cup of coffee. He knew it wouldn''t help, but he had to try. "Ow!!!" Being clumsy, Felix had burned himself on the coffee. He reached up and touched his tongue, for extra reassurance that it hadn''t melted off. Letting the coffee cool first was probably a good idea. After Felix did, he finally enjoyed the perfectly brewed, cheap, dollar store coffee which came as a powder. He got a call from one of his classmates from math, the tall, skinny Spanish-Italian who was really good at math and also really into Japanese animation. That was his hobby, and everyone in class was kind over weirded out by him. Fun fact: he has heterochromia iridum! And that is pretty rare! People were also scared of him because he is quite good at basketball. The DM he sent me on Rettiwt said: Meet me at Buy The Most Superior. We can talk about PC hardware! Felix remembered. Oh yeah, forgot to mention. He is a bit of a PC nerd. After driving who knows long and managing not to crash in his sleepy state, Felix was there. They looked at parts and discussed best parts, keyboards, and mice. His classmate cheerfully said "Wait for is my favorite company, but I wish I could afford them. The store closed, and Felix and his classmate parted ways. But wait. His classmates phone had fallen! He raced towards the alley that Mr. PC had disappeared into, not realizing what lie ahead¡This book''s true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience. DeathtaeD On my little stolen balcony, I hear the footsteps of a tall guy. Mr. Animation Perv strolls nonchalantly right past my position. Ha. Too late now. I get on the rail between the balcony and the ground, and rotate my freshly polished knife toward Mr. AP. (get it? He is good at math but this is the name I used earlier abbreviated?) Steeling myself for a leap, I tense my muscles. With one swift but silent jump, I am in the air behind Mr. AP. Holding my knife with two hands, I see it get closer and closer to AP''s skin. The blade slams into his back, nicking and chipping a rib. Besides that, everything goes smoothly. As the blade plunges in to his back, it attempts to decelerate but is forced to move forward with all of Meirelles force on it. Missing his heart by millimeters, it slices through nearby veins and arteries and forces its way into PV''s lung. I knew it was already over, and the poor soul never stood a chance. But one thing was forgotten. The bleeding man ripped the knife and Meirelle right off his back like a child and toy. Practically thrown, I was dazed. I tried to get up, but all I received was a kick to the chest. Besides being annoyed at how short I was, I finally realized what I had forgotten about. Adrenaline. Flowing like light, my hand snatched the absurdly bloody knife off the ground and swung it''s nine inch blade. Being in an adrenaline fueled rage, he charged right into it. His fight or flight instinct had made the wrong choice. The slashing motion of the blade sliced into his neck, and it was definitely over this time. Not only was his jugular cut, but his airway was open too. Without even making a choking noise, as most movies would stereotype. With the immense amount of blood spilled from his wounds, it would take a while to clean. She had made sure to monitor the schedule of everyone who came down this alley, but it would still be a pain. But then she heard another pair of footsteps. But they were jogging. Meirelle sprinted away through the alleyway, with all of her stuff.Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation. Felix heard a grunt or two as he was approaching the alleyway. Maybe he had tripped and hit his shin. He turned a corner, and saw some blood. Is he okay!? He turned another left, and discovered exactly what he wasn''t supposed to. Remembering his brother, and mourning over Mr. PC distracted him from the now distant sound of a scared heckless sprint. He didn''t even know the kid, but that changed nothing. He was just as pissed. He whipped out his phone and dialed 999. "999 what is your issue?" Holding back tears, he practically shouted into the mic. "My friend has been stabbed! Just get over here!" In a really concerned and nearly panicked voice, which Felix knew she wasn''t supposed to show, she said "Where are you?! we have an ambulance ready!" Hoping she didn''t lose her job over her panick, he explained. "We will be right there. Hold tight!" He knew, by the time that ambulance with the surprisingly calm siren (this city doesn''t like disturbing anyone, and we have any traffic issues.) came it was too late. But he also knew that it was too late the moment this wound was inflicted. Paramedics wouldn''t let him onto the ambulance because he was not direct family. With nothing else to do, he started a death march down the line of bloody footprints that led away from the scene. As I stared at the wound, I knew it wasn''t good. She hadn''t even had time to clean the crime scene, and if any blood or any sort of DNA could be found there, she could be screwed. It was all because of her crappy, poorly made, plan to kill someone, just for pure enjoyment. Damn.
