《Still thinking about it》
Chapter one, I guess?
¡° Rejoice, as I have chosen you as my successor! ¡° When Jin woke up in a pure white room without doors or windows and got told that by an old man his first reaction was a loud and clear : ¡° Huh? ¡° ¡° As I said, you are the lucky person to continue my legacy. But first tell me your name. ¡° The old man continued while playing with his long beard. ¡° Ah yes, my name is Jin. ¡° Answered, still really confused. ¡° Jin? What a strange name. But I already expected it, you are summoned from another world after all. ¡° ¡° Wait! Other world, summoned? ¡° these two words snapped Jin awake. ¡°Like one of these summoned heroes? We had those in my world too but aren¡¯t those just really strong people? I don¡¯t think you need a weak merchant like me. ¡° Jin said. He heard from summoned heroes from time to time, there even were some in the time he lived. They had killed the demon king just a few weeks ago, right on the day of his 20th birthday. ¡° Weak? You should have a massive amount of Mana, otherwise you wouldn¡¯t be able to survive in here, much less speak. Even I have only a few more minutes before my manager will be completely emptied. Because of this we will need to hurry a little bit. I will give you six abilities on your journey. Firstly, Appraisal, a skill you use to, who would have thought, appraise things, the highest of all of them even. Secondly, the status camouflage skill that let¡¯s you hide your status or change how other people or tools with appraisal type skills see it. Thirdly, a new body made of magic, you won¡¯t age if you don¡¯t want to and you can¡¯t get sick. You also are much harder to wound and won¡¯t die from minor things like a pierced heart or such, and heal in a matter of days. Fourthly, highest affinity in every magic system. Fifthly, the inventory skill, an upgraded item box with near unlimited space and the ability to customize things like how fast the time flows. You can even dismantle or craft things with it. And lastly, the most important one, the Magic Creation skill, that let¡¯s you create and acquire magic spells easily. You will arrive in my laboratory, where I have left all of my research in the field of golems, the magic I specialized in. I hope you can continue my research. The room on the top floor is my room, I would appreciate it if you would bury my remains. ¡° the old man said while slowly disappearing. Before Jin could say anything, his vision went dark again.
If you find this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the infringement. When he opened his eyes again Jin found himself in a small room, seemingly dug into the stone. Nothing was in the room except for two small corridors , one leading deeper underground and one leading up. When he looked into the one leading up he could faintly see a light at it¡¯s end, most likely this way was the exit. Jin decided to trust the old man and started walking deeper underground. After around a minute of walking Jin arrived in a wide room, also just dug into the stone. The rooms walls were filled with various devices on shelves from which Jin only recognized a few as. His face lit up at the sight of a dimly glowing grey stone. This was a so called awakening stone, a magic tool that would allow a human to awaken his status. Jin neared the stone while trembling. Back in his world an awakening stone was something that was worth a fortune and only nobles and rich merchants could afford to buy one. When Jin grabbed the stone from the shelve, it was warm to the touch and you could faintly feel something like a heartbeat. Jin closed his eyes and concentrated completely on the small heartbeat that was getting faster and faster. The stone started glowing more and more intense and even the first comfortable warmth soon turned into a strong heat. Just as the light of the stone reached a blinding level, a loud *CRACK* sounded and the light vanished, leaving a cracked black stone in Jin¡¯s hand. At the same time a small window appeared before Jin.
Congratulations, you have succeeded in building your status. Welcome, Jin.

Hell, 100 is already rare enough. Also, I never heard of this class or race. ¡° While Jin was still pondering about this, two other windows appeared before him.

¡° So this is Appraisal. It¡¯s a great skill. ¡° Jin said slowly, and after that suddenly started banging his head against the wall. ¡° This can¡¯t be real! Wake up, me! ¡° he screamed. 5 minutes later Jin was sitting in the middle of the room, his whole face filled with strange golden blood. ¡° I have learned a few things right now! ¡° he announced to no one in particular. ¡° First, I am not dreaming. Second, I seem to have golden blood. Third, I seem to have a really overpowered class and skills. Fourth and most important, I am slowly going crazy. Or, seeing as I am already talking to myself, it could already be to late. ¡° he said while nodding to himself. After a while of narrating whatever he did and talking to the weather of the cave with one of the gems on the shelves, Jin decided that he should get out of this cave as soon as possible and search for other humans. After a few fully narrated minutes of finding out how his inventory skill could be used, he started storing everything he could inside it, not caring what it was. He would later have enough time to look over the items.Did you know this story is from Royal Road? Read the official version for free and support the author.
While walking deeper into the cave, he found a few rooms that looked much like the first and also some much bigger with hundreds of golems stored inside. He put everything inside of his inventory, useless stuff could be sold later on. Finally, after walking up stairs for over an hour, he arrived at a small room with a wide glass window on one side. Behind the window was a snowy mountain, and you could see a small village in the distance.
The only other thing besides the window and a few bookshelves was a small bed with the body of an old man on it. This was precisely the old man that brought Jin here. He put away the books and walked up to the old man¡¯s side. ¡° if I had known that I would have to carry you back all the way I would have never agreed to this. ¡° he said. ¡° but I do guess that I got many things thanks to you, so we are even after this. ¡° he then started carrying the old man back to the room he first woke up in. Maybe he could have stored the body of the old man inside of his inventory, but that somehow seemed like something really evil so he did not even try. Like stuffing your grandpa¡¯s body into a suitcase and carrying him to the graveyard like that.
Around half an hour later Jin arrived at the small room, and this time choose the door leading towards the light. At the end of this corridor was a small, half opened wooden door leading into a dense forest. As soon as he stepped out of the door, the passage behind him caved in with a loud noise, leaving only a small dent in the mountain. Jin searched for a place for the old man¡¯s grave, and decided to bury him next to the former entrance to his home. After finishing the crude grave, he decided to take a look at his skills.

Chapter 3?
In the middle of the night there was a young man walking through the dark woods. That man was Jin, currently on his way to the village he spotted back in the old man¡¯s room. Because of his new eyes he could see the area clearly, even though no moonlight shone to the ground of this the dense forest. On the way here Jin had tested his skill as good as he could while still alone and discovered the following :
1. When he tried to cut himself with a sharp stone he had to use all his strength and even then the cut healed in mere minutes. It also seemed as if his new body did not get hungry.
2. He had to directly touch things to put them into his inventory and they had to be connected to his palms when they exit the inventory. He could also freely change the flow time for any item inside.
3. He could only use the magic creation skill once a day but that could be changed by leveling up.
4. When he used the magic creation skill, he could choose between recreating a magic he had seen, choosing one out of a list of the many magic systems or creating one for free, the latter being locked until he leveled up the skill.
After searching for a while Jin choose a magic called ¡®Zero'' of the Void magic system. This magic would shoot a small ball that dealt damage based on his Mana pool, something perfect for him. When he tried the magic out he burned a hole around the size of an adult male''s head into the ground. The range seemed to be around 100 meter. All together you could call it a very dangerous spell, but Jin who had never seen magic did not know this. He only estimated it to be a bit stronger than a normal spell.Support the creativity of authors by visiting the original site for this novel and more.
After he finished with testing his skills he started to become bored and, after finally stopping to narrate his ever move, he started humming a song his mother had sung for him when he was still a child. It was the only thing she left him when she died a few years ago, and it soon became a habit to sing it while working.
Right at this moment he noticed a small light in the distance, most likely a campfire. Jin decided to walk towards there, maybe he could get a bit of information before entering the city. When he was only a few meters away from what had shown itself to be a small encampment small tent and a fire, he could hear a woman¡¯s scream. After a getting a little closer he could see a girl around his age getting attacked by a huge black bear, desperately hiding herself under a dead tree.
¡° You there! Please help me! Please! ¡° she screamed when Jin entered the light. She then crawled even deeper under the tree as the bear tried harder to claw it¡¯s way to her. ¡° Young miss, I don¡¯t even know you, why should I put myself in danger just because you say so? But, I could consider helping you if you are willing to reward me. ¡° Jin said calmly. He grew up in a house of merchants and his father always taught him that he should be a merchant before being a person. Maybe because of that, Jin would do nothing without getting a reward for it. In exchange I also meant that, if the pay was right, there was nothing Jin would not do. Well, he was not a monster so he would save her anyways, but the girl didn¡¯t know this. ¡° I¡¯ll pay! I have a few gold coins I can give you! Please do something! The tree won¡¯t hold much longer! ¡° the girl screamed hurriedly. Jin sighted at that. ¡° You see, if you tell me that you have the gold coins with you, I can just kill the bear after it killed you and I still get the coins. Most likely you were planning to keep a few coins so i would even get a few more coins this way. ¡° just when he had finished saying this, the bear finally noticed him and decided to first attack the human that was not hidden under a hard cover of wood.
Chapter 4! Thats progress! Thats more than 3!
Seeing the bear walk towards him, Jin first thought about killing it with ''Zero''. However, after thinking for a second he decided to use this chance to find out how strong his body was instead. ''Zero'' was able to destroy solid stone without problems, so a normal living being would die when hit in a vital area, or bleed to death if hit anywhere else. Jin stood and watched the bear slowly walk towards him, preparing to receive the bear¡¯s attack to test his endurance.
He was certain that with all his stats at 1.000 he could defend easily. It was said that a normal human possessed stats of around 100, but that was mostly exaggerated. When a human reached 100 points in strength for example, he could easily become an elite knight with only physical strength. Also, 1.000 points in strength, even though only 10 times that, would give him much more than 10 times the physical strength of such a person . The higher the stat was, the more physical strength was added with each point, so a person with 150 strength already possessed around double the strength of one with 100.
Knowing that, Jin was near certain that the bear wouldn¡¯t be able to hurt him with endurance of 1.000. Sadly, he had forgotten about the fact that even if the bear couldn¡¯t wound him, the force behind it¡¯s attack would still be able to send him flying against the next tree. When Jin recovered from the shock of suddenly being thrown around, he noticed the four big claw marks the bear left on his shirt. Jin, being angry with himself, punched the bear with all his strength, immediately turning it¡¯s head into meat paste. Even Jin himself was stunned with this, he had at most expected the skull to cave in and certainly not this. He shook his head, he had more important things to do than worry about this now. Like taking every gold coin he could from the young woman hiding under the tree. This book was originally published on Royal Road. Check it out there for the real experience.
¡° Young miss, as you could see I have fought a hard and long battle to save you! I even had to use my body as a shield or the beast would have hit you! Sadly, the attack from before wounded me deeply, and even destroyed what little clothing I had left. Ahh, if only I had a few coins to buy medicine! ¡± he said in a slow voice, emphasizing ever word. The woman looked at him, speechless. What hard battle, it was over after one hit!
Seeing Jin trying to continue after a few seconds, she interrupted him by saying : ¡° Enough. As promised I will give you the money, you don¡¯t have to embarrass yourself any further. ( But I, the mighty author have to! I¡¯m sorry, I had to. Won¡¯t happen again. ) But can you first tell me your name? You can call me Rea. ¡°
¡° Miss Rea, what a great name! It perfectly fits a woman of your beauty and splendor! ¡° Jin started to flatter out of habit. ¡° Then, might I ask young miss Rea to present the payment for my heroic feat? I wanted to arrive at the nearby village before nightfall. ¡° hearing Jin talk about a village, Rea''s eyes began shining. ¡° how about this, you show me the way to the village you speak of and I will give you even more money. ¡°
Chapter 5-ish
A group of people were walking through the woods. This group consisted of a few armed men surrounding a few unarmed men and women with bound hands.
¡° Jin, weren¡¯t you supposed to be an awakened? How did we get into this situation? ¡° a particular beautiful woman whispered to a weak looking man at her side.
These two people were indeed Jin and Rea who, after finally arriving at the village, were caught up in the ongoing raid of it brought about by these bandits and captured ( by said bandits who had brought about said raid on said village.) (Not sorry, I had to write this.)
¡° How can I risk attacking them while they still have hostages? Wouldn¡¯t my reward be reduced when they die? Also, we don¡¯t know where the bandit camp is, so being led there now makes things much easier. Think about all the things they stole, how much must it be worth! ¡° Jin replied with glowing eyes, making Rea sight in annoyance.
She had already learned of Jin''s personality in the few hours they traveled to the village. After around three hours of never ending flattery Jin found out that he wouldn¡¯t get more coins out of her and his personality went from an ass-licking merchant to an arrogant and greedy young master. He didn¡¯t even try to hide his intentions of getting rid of her as soon a possible anymore. The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.
While Rea was still trying to decide which personality was worse, the group arrived at a wide clearing. A few dozen tents stood there surrounding three big cages. Two of them were filled with depressed and hungry looking men and women while the last contained a huge bear, much like the one Jin killed before.
The new group of captives were soon split by gender and locked up together with the rest, with the exception of Rea and a few of the other young girls.
¡° You bastards better behave in those cages or we¡¯ll have to hurt you a bit. None of us want that right? Slaves go for more money when they¡¯re healthy after all. ¡° One of the bandits laughed and the turned to the group of young women. ¡° And you young ladies will keep us company tonight. Don¡¯t worry, us uncles will make you feel reeeally good¡ ¡° He said while stretching out his hand to touch Rea¡¯s cheek.
Before he reached though a ball of strange energy flashed by, leaving only the headless body of the bandit. Suddenly, everything went silent, everyone looking towards the direction from were the attack had come, the cave of male prisoners.
¡° Ehhhh, Take out everything you have and I will let you walk away alive? ¡°

That would be everything but I need 500 characters to post this so I will ramble a bit. The latest Gamers! episode was great right? I really love that anime. Not as much as gintama but still one of my favorites. How much is 500 anyways, do I have to count myself?
