After grabbing what he needed he walked out of the house, he continued walking and entered the forest, trees can be seen anywhere but he just walked like he knew this entire place. He met no animals at all and just continued walking, after about 10 minute of walking he could finally see the pond that he was looking for. He then walked towards it and dropped the clothes and the dagger he brought with him near some tree and he then jumped in the pond. Chapter 2 He breathed in and out with his mouth for at least 5 times and after the 5thtime he held his breath inside his mouth and dived downwards. He soaked in the water for at least 10 more minutes, as he then left the pond walking towards the tree where he dropped the clothes. He then quickly changed to that clothes, he then grabbed the dagger and started walking in the forest while holding it. He walked to a different road this time not using the road he used before, because he planned to hunt a small animal for food. After about 3 minutes of walking he saw a small white rabbit, He then stealthily approaches it, feeling that he was in a goodpositionhe then threw the dagger towards the rabbit. The small white rabbit was just there eating a grass when it suddenly sensed that something was flying for him as the rabbit then jumped to dodge it. He then quickly followed the rabbit as he sprinted towards it, after almost nearing it he dived trying tocatch it but failed. He can only watch as the rabbit continued until it can no longer be seen by his sight *Almost!, oh well can¡¯t blame myself for only having a dagger.* He thought as he then walked towards the dagger to grab it. He failed to catch the rabbit but for him it¡¯s just normal, since he did not really have another weapon and only a dagger, but he was not in a rush so he¡¯s fine with it. He then continued walking in the forest searching for another animal. After walking for about 5 minutes he spotted a wild boar. He had to approach more carefully, but he did not throw his dagger. He knew that throwing his dagger would just be a dumb move. He then started sprinting toward the boar. The boar suddenly sensed something as it turned around seeing a man sprinting toward it. It suddenly charged at that sprinting man too. As he saw the boar charging towards him, he just smiled, because it would be easier to target the brain of the boar that way, He then held his dagger with a firm grip and stabbed in the direction where the eye of the boar is. As his dagger stabbed in the eye of the boar he did not stop as he pushed the dagger more, blood coming out of where he stabbed the dagger staining his hand with blood, he then pulled the dagger out as his other hand punched the boar head, completely stopping its charge, Seeing that the boar stopped he then stabbed the dagger downward between the middle of its ears as blood came rushing out from where it was stabbed soaking its head with blood. Seeing that he succeeded in the killing the boar, a smile was shown on his face *I Finally killed it* pulling the dagger out again as more blood came out, he did not mind the blood as he carried it with two hands putting the dagger in one of his hidden pocket. The boar can be considered heavy in the hand of normal people but well they can be considered not normal at all, Chapter 3 He walked while carrying the boar inside the forest again, this time heading back to where he came from. For him it was not that hard to find the way in the forest since his father showed him the way and clearly remembered the forest since the time he turned 10. He walked for about 18 minutes of walking while carrying the boar he finally got back to the wooden house. He saw no one so he thought *Looks like they are still not here, I wonder what is keeping them this late?* He meant his father and mother, but he did not really mind it since it already happened before, and sometimes they even come home in the next morning so he did not worry anymore, but he still wondered why do they come late sometimes, but when he asks his father, his father will always say ¡°there¡¯s no need to know¡± and will just smile at him, so he just kept quiet and did not ask anymore. He walked to the side of the house where he was practicing his sword strike before and dropped the boar. As he dropped the boar he walked inside the wooden house grabbing a Red Crystal from the table and walked outside again. He walked towards the boar and sat beside it as he gently placed the Red Crystal on one of his pocket and took out his dagger. He stood up and grabbed a clean stick with a pointed head and inserted the two meats till it was in the middle of the stick. He walked towards one of the barrel and opened it. Inside of the barrel was some water, it was clearly used for cleaning the meat first. As he gently placed the stick with the meat in it and opened another barrel beside the first one, inside was also some water with a scoop floating on the water. He grabbed the scoop with one hand and filled it with water as he gently lifted it up placing it near his mouth as he drank the water. He filled it up two more times before stopping and placed the scoop on the water again and closed the barrel. He grabbed the stick from the barrel and took it out as he also closed that barrel. The meat was no longer bloody as it is now wet. He held the stick with one hand as he walked where the stick were before as there was a stick holder on that place. He gently placed the stick on the Stick holder and took out the red crystal. He placed it near the meat and suddenly firmly gripped the crystal as the crystal suddenly started cooking the meat, but even if he was holding the crystal he did not get burned nor did he feel the hotness of the flame as he don¡¯t know why either. *Still amazing like before no matter how many times I use this* he said in his mind, It was a crystal that his father and mother brought with them when they came back late in the morning before. His father told him that ¡°Keep this and use this to cook the meat that you hunt when we are not here, just place it near the meat and grip it as hard as you can and it will cook the meat, don¡¯t worry it will not hurt the person who is holding this crystal, and after you think that the meat is done just weaken your grip and it will stop cooking the meat.¡± After about 1 minute of being under flame the meat became ready to eat as he quickly weakened the grip on the crystal and placed it in his pocket again. He waited for the meat to cool down as he grabbed a hold of the stick and started eating the meat while still on the stick. He quickly finished the meat as he gently placed the stick back on the holder. Chapter 4 *I guess I¡¯ll go to that tree for now, I should probably bring my bow with me just to be careful* he thought. He then walked inside the house and onward in his room as he entered the room he grabbed the quiver full of arrows and tied it on his self as he grabbed the bow as he equipped his bow, after grabbing the things that he need he quickly left and walked in the forest again. He walked for about 5 minutes before seeing a fruits bearing tree in his sight as he quickly climbed the tree and grabbed one of the fruit, the fruit looks like a banana but with deep gray color, as he grabbed a hold of one he dropped to the ground and dropped his bow and quiver next to him as he lay down next to the tree as he started munching on the fruit. He did not think of anything as he just kept munching on the fruit. After eating it he quickly stood up as he climbed the tree again and grab another one, as he dropped down again laying down on the same spot as he munched on the fruit again. After finishing another one he closed his eyes as he relaxed his body and entered a deep sleep. After sleeping for who knows how many hours he woke up seeing that the sun was already gone replaced by darkness on the sky except for the moon that gives a little bit of light. *Looks like I slept too much* he thought while shaking his head, He stood up from the same spot and equipped his bow and quiver as he walked in the forest again. Soon he finished that book, He closed it and dropped it on his side as closed his eyes. He sat cross legged and tried to clear any thoughts on his mind. Chapter 8 They saw a line of people at the entrance, there are around 3 lines, some of the people have carriage or horses and some just simply carries their belongings. A guard with a Silver Armor stopped them and said ¡°5 Copper coins per person¡± Kodus took out a 10 Copper coins and handed it to the guard. ¡°You can pass now¡± the guard said and walked over the next person in line. ¡°What was that thing master?¡± Pirius asked since this was his first time seeing coins. ¡°Oh that¡¯s just the Entrance Fee¡± Kodus replied ¡°What I meant is that circle thing¡± ¡°Oh, you mean the Copper Coins, it¡¯s something used to buy things,¡± Kodus said Pirius then nodded his head and quickly followed his Master in. Once inside he saw many tall buildings, one of them even had a sign of a big bottle on top of it, and the road that measures at least 20 meter were full of people, *I guess this is why master told me to follow closely* Kodus quickly grabbed Pirius and walked further north After walking for at least 5 minute there were fewer people. Kodus brought Pirius in a three story high building with a Sword and Shield Sign on top of it. Once inside Pirius saw some rough looking people eating or drinking. Once upstairs the Man led them to an open table just near the wall and then the Man left. Another Man then approached them and handed them a menu. Pirius received the menu and he then opened it. He searched the menu, once searching through the menu he said ¡°Dragonturtle Soup¡± Kodus then said ¡°Tenderized Mammoth¡± The man quickly listed it on a paper and asked ¡°Drinks?¡± Pirius said ¡°Water¡± Kodus said ¡°The Wine called Mystic Petal¡± The man also listed it on the paper and quickly headed downstairs. After around 15 Minutes of waiting a man brought their food and drinks to them and quickly left. Pirius quickly took a sip from the soup with his spoon. Pirius suddenly felt delighted, the soup taste on his mouth was on a different level than the food he had eaten before. He quickly finished it even though the plate containing the soup was big. Kodus also finished at the same time. Pirius drank his water while Kodus drank his wine. Pirius was curious about the taste of the drink that his master had so he asked ¡°What is the taste of that drink master?¡± Kodus looked at Pirius and handed the glass of wine to Pirius and said ¡°Try it and you will know¡± Pirius did just as he was told but he only took a sip, after taking a sip he suddenly drank the wine completely, Pirius noticed what he just did and quickly said ¡°Sorry Master I couldn¡¯t hold myself, it¡¯s just erm¡­ how do I say this,, I guess it¡¯s really good¡± ¡°Hahahaha, I never thought you would like a wine that much hah¡± Pirius just scratched his head and laid the glass on the table ¡°Well let¡¯s just order three more of this¡± Kodus said as he called a for a waiter Then a Man came and Kodus said ¡°We would like three more Mystic Petal¡± The man nodded and quickly walked downstairs. After a while a man brought three Mystic Petal and gave Pirius and his Master the drink. Pirius quickly drank one glass of it. Kodus just smiled and drank one glass too. Pirius quickly finished the first glass as he took a glance at the remaining glass. Seeing Pirius hesitating Kodus laughed and said ¡°You can have it, don¡¯t worry¡± ¡°Thank you Master¡± Pirius said as he quickly grabbed the Glass and drank it. Both of them then finished their drink as Kodus called for another man again saying they want to pay. ¡°That would be 360 Copper Coin Sir¡± the man said Kodus then gave the 360 Copper Coin needed, the man then walked away. ¡°Let¡¯s go then we should look for some job¡± Kodus said Pirius asked ¡°What kind of job are you looking for Master?¡± ¡°Probably Hunting treasure or some beast or maybe someone who needs somebody to do something that they can¡¯t anyways we will just try and find it¡± Kodus Answered Chapter 9 After walking for a while they stopped in front of a big building with two Armored Guards with Halberds at the side of the Closed Door and the two big Axe forming an *X* form as a Signboard on the top of the building. *I wonder what would it be now* Pirius thought As they neared the door the guards suddenly stopped them with their halberds nearing us ¡°Halt!! What¡¯s your business here?¡± one of them said ¡°Well just tell your Chief to tell that his friend Kodus is here¡± Kodus said with a smile on his face ¡°Okay, please wait as I report about your presence¡± the guard said as he opened the door and walked in After some time the guard came and said ¡°Please come in Sir Kodus the Chief is waiting at the very top¡± They walked in. As Pirius walked in he saw some people with different kind of armor and weapons seating while eating their food on a jade like table while four Workers take the orders of the people seated. Pirius just followed his master up the stairs directly just 24 meters away from the entrance passing by two guards with halberds as their weapon. Going by the second floor the same scene was seen as the next stairs is again at the middle with two guards on the side. The guards paid no mind to them as they were already made aware by the guard who came up. Kodus looked at this like normal but Pirius who saw these scenes was amazed as he thought *How nice would it be to own a place like this, just look at those guards their armors looks cool and they look strong too.* They quickly passed the second floor going to the third floor. The third floor was the same scene but with fewer people this time. They quickly passed the third floor going to the fourth floor. The people seated saw this and wondered who might they for a second but realized that they never saw them before as they were also wearing grey cloaks so they paid them no mind and just got back to what they were doing before. Reaching the end of the stairs they saw two guards at each side of the only door in sight. The Four guards clearly were wearing a much better armor than the 10 Guards before them and they weren¡¯t using halberds as weapon instead they got a Longsword at their golden Scabbard. *How nice would it be to have weapon and armors such as that, but of course I would need to be strong if I want to wear something like that* Pirius thought Kodus knocked on the door while showing a smile on his face. *I wonder who is this so called ¡°Chief¡±* Pirius thought ¡°Come in¡± A Sound came from the inside as Kodus opened the door and walked in. Pirius followed and saw a big statured Bearded Man with Red Waivy hair and a scar from his left temple until his neck. He was seating behind his personal desk which contained stacks of papers. As the man looked at Kodus with a fierce gaze for a few seconds before finally taking a look at Pirius for around 2 seconds *He sure looks like he is mad at us* Pirius thought as he returned a fierce gaze which made the man behind the desk return an even fiercer gaze. ¡°Pfff¡± Kodus couldn¡¯t hold his laughter back anymore as he laughed for a few seconds before calming down again. Pirius returned to his normal look as he looked at his master and made him think *What is funny?* The Man also looked at Kodus as he chuckled and said ¡°Who is this guy that you brought here Kodus he sure looks like he can get a punch in his face¡± *A Punch in my face? That sounds dangerous alright* thought Pirius ¡°Now now calm down Hardbeard¡± said Kodus with a Chuckle The man slammed his hand on the table which did not break it but instead produced a loud bang. *Yeah a punch from him really is dangerous look at that he just slammed his hand but I feel like it¡¯s enough to send me flying away* Pirius thought ¡°I told you my name is not Hardbeard! It¡¯s ALTORN!¡± the man said while gazing at Kodus ¡°Well well it¡¯s the same anyway it¡¯s both in your name Altorn Hardbeard, Hah anyways this is Pirius a Disciple I picked up at the forest while travelling¡± said Kodus Pirius gave a fierce look at the man again while saying ¡°Greetings¡± ¡°Hey kid why are you giving me a fierce look?¡± Said Altorn as he returned a fierce look too ¡°Eh?
