    Guilty he''s guilty the audience roared with rage.


    Order in the court damn you I must have order I yelled out to silence the audience.


    This case is a major pain in the ass today the defendant was a lawyer for the court of heaven for him to commit a crime of this level wouldn¡¯t be acceptable it would be an absolute scandal!


    To make matters worse the victim was the God of Earth Zeus the head god of earth but, earth is a mortal realm so if the god leaves there would be no one to protect the planet well I guess thats not my problem lets just get this sicking case over with the sooner the better!


    A witness a fat old bald man who looked like he better get on a diet or a grave well god''s couldn¡¯t die from eating too much unless you were like Gluttony who eat a whole galaxy oh what a pain that was!

The bald man felt shivers going down his back as he looked at the prosecutor that had a twisting mustache and, deep red hair. Let''s get back to the case shall we I asked with a headache coming on dealing with all the stubborn Defence attorneys and Prosecutors make my head go into circles.


    The bald man started again I was going down airway 17 when I saw a man in a black suit and, tie.


    Objection! How did you know that the person in the black suit was a man? Asked the defense attorney it seemed the defense attorney was getting desperate. I knew this would be a long day as no one really knew if the defendant was guilty or not. The defence attorney and the prosecutor kept arguing back and forth tell.


    I stopped the trial because I had no clue how long it would take so we took a break since we were gods we lived forever unless someone killed us so no reason not to take a good break.


    Later that night in a stuffy room that only had a stone bed a bowl of who knows what kind of gunky gruel was in there. The defendant from earlier was sitting down like a old buddhist monk who''s there he questioned and, straightened his back. Haha no one special only someone who wants to take your filthy life.


    The defendant was dumbstruck could it be your one of the rebels?! Its seems I''ve been found out already he took out a deep dark blue crystal that had runes on it¡¯s sides. A little while later all that could be heard was ear splitting screams.

    My name is Pain a lot of people think it is a strange and, weird name but I like it because it shows how much pain and, suffering it took to get my attorneys badge.It took one thousand years of studying to be a attorney of heaven''s court the highest court in the ladder underneath the heavens court there is the Universe Court, then the Galaxy Court.


    So I was pretty proud that I got this far the only problem was no one wanted me to defend them in court so here I am doing nothing. The door rang as someone entered my eyes shined this is going to be my first case my debut for all the gods to see my glory!


    Oh great I frowned the person who entered was Cathy my neighbor who never leaves me alone and, tries to make me cook for her then acts as if I owe her a favor! Pain you have to help me! ¡°What happened¡± I was being cautious I didn¡¯t want to fall for her scheme. They took my dog away to the animal court you have to help they might kill her! ¡°You want me to go to court over dog I haven¡¯t even had my debut yet this will ruin my reputation for the rest of my life!¡± But my little cookie would never eat all of the food on a mortal planet! Your dog did what!? I told you it''s not true you have to help me Pain please she pleaded.


    Fine, fine I will go get the documents for the case but, if after seeing them if I think your dog is guilty I won¡¯t help! I got in my car that costed a fortune as it could go 10 billion light years a second and, flew off into the direction of the police station I had some connections down there so I am pretty confident in getting the case documents. ¡°Oh pain what are you doing down here?¡± I sighed my ¡°friends¡± dog got taken away for ¡°eating all the food on a mortal planet.¡± Oh your talking about Green Planet case?     Mr. Louis face turned serious that isn¡¯t going to be easy because the case is connected to a ¡°murder case.¡± What!? How could that be? I can¡¯t tell you the evidence for the case as it¡¯s top secret but, I can tell the story ¡°basically the god of the green planet after realizing all food in the planet was eaten up he searched for the culprit he went to several inhabited planets near by and, on one of the planets the Blue Star there was the remains of all the food from the planets and, in the middle of all the residue was a dead body. I couldn¡¯t stop my eyes from getting wide I never thought that the dog case could lead to a murder! Pain ¡° I don¡¯t think that it¡¯s a good Idea to get involved in this case all the higher ups are looking at this case if you mess up you will became a huge laughing stock! Who¡¯s the suspect for the murder I said, softly.


    He hesitated for a while before saying the suspect is a person from the Yan Clan as for the rest I can¡¯t say. With a cold heart I drove back to the office. How did it go Cathy asked in a hopeful tone. I didn¡¯t know what to say. After looking at my face Cathy don¡¯t tell me you''re not going to take the case?! After carefully looking at her face full of fear I solemnly decided to take the case.

    Cathy had a sad look on her face I had told her the details of the case last night. ¡°You can save Cookie can¡¯t you she has been with me for thousands of year I can¡¯t bear to part with her! I can¡¯t promise that can after all even if she is the suspect in the murder case your dog was heavily involved with the murder case. After looking at Cathy¡¯s face I couldn¡¯t bare it any longer so I did something which might not have been smart. ¡°I promise that I will get the innocent verdict for Cookie in court!¡±

    I sat down at the Defense Table I organized all my papers getting ready for the court to officially start I had my assistant Jessica who is a magical detective find out the details of the case Cookie Cathy¡¯s dog ate all of the food of course when I say food I just mean vegetables and, fruits kinda weird considering that dogs like meat, but, Cookie wasn¡¯t an ordinary dog she was a ¡°magical beast.¡± Even though their intelligence isn¡¯t as high as ours when they get to a high enough level their intelligence raises. Cookie was a grade 7 magical beast


    so she wasn¡¯t at the level of a god beast yet but, she was close. The judge was a old man which was saying a lot considering we are all immortal gods he was bald with a gray beard. He hit his gravel ¡°Court is now in session for the trial of the magical beast named ¡°Cookie.¡± Are the prosecution and, the defense prepared? Yes your honor both I and, the prosecution who was a bulky looking middle aged man I heard his name was Drake. ¡°The prosecution will give the opening sentence. Yes your honor said, Drake in a formal tone


    The magical beast ¡°sitting in the defendant''s chair.¡± Secretly sneaked into ¡°The Green Planet.¡± While the god in charge of the planet was away and, the beast took advantage of this moment to steal away all of the ¡°fruits and, vegetables.¡± That the hard working people of the planet grew we have reports that the magical beast in question used a ¡°natural force vortex¡± to take all of the food in a quick 30 mins transporting it to the nearby Blue Planet. The prosecution claims that the magical beast Cookie was the one who did this we have found some traces of her magical residue there that suggests Cookie was there when the food was transported we also, found claw marks that come from the Cookie we have done testing that said, the claws matched at 98.9 percent making it almost asur-


    Objection! There are plenty of ways to change the shape of claws to make it look like someone else¡¯s!


    The prosecution retorted are you claiming that someone is tried to framed the defendant? Exactly I replied I had gone through the evidence multiple times and, this is the only way Cookie could be innocent I thought to myself

I calmed myself down I knew that this was going to be the most important part of the trial. The witness was a person with demon horns and, a dark energy surrounding him his part of the devil race I groaned In my heart these people had a very keen senses I if this guy says he saw Cookie this won¡¯t end well. Witness state your name and, occupation for the said, the prosecution. I am called the Joker said the man, where I can from you didn¡¯t get names only nicknames. Sigh there really is a lot of weird places in this universe. My occupation is patrol officer is the police department this made my heart sink this guys had to much credibility there was no way to write off his testimony as a lie now. Cathy seemed to be very worried now so I knew that I must do something. Hopefully I can find contradictions in his testimony I knew that was the only way out. Witness testify about what you saw. ¡°I was patrolling in the milky way galaxy when I heard a sharp scream coming from a uninhabited planet.¡± When I descended into the planet I saw a wolf like creature


    Objection! Are you saying that Cookie looks like a wolf?


    I took a glance at Cookie who was glossy black fur and, sharp teeth she looked more like a bear then, a wolf!


    She doesn¡¯t look like a wolf said, the Judge in a suspicious tone. The bulky prosecution ¡°objection!¡± Even though she doesn¡¯t look like a normal wolf the black wolf''s from the southern district look much like her that must be what he thought! There¡¯s no way that there is such a coincidence there is something fishy going on here I said in my heart. Haha yes that must have been what I thought said, the Joker nervously. Objection Sustained said, the Judge. There goes my contradiction.


    Witness continue your testimony said the Judge in a monotone voice like he had done this a million times like he probably had. Even if you managed to get away this time next time won¡¯t be so easy I growled in my head!

    The witness started on his testimony again


    After I went down to the planet and, saw the ¡°wolf looking dog that''s sitting in the defendant''s chair.¡±


    ¡°I looked around and, immediately know something wasn¡¯t right there was too much food scraps around who knows where that dog got so much food. The witness seemed to want us to think he doesn¡¯t know about anything about the Green Planet I pondered this and, asked it in question form. Hold it! You are telling me you don''t know about the Green Planet or the murder?


    ¡°Murder what murder?¡± It¡¯s not a part of this case so shall we move on came the prosecution weary voice.


    ¡°Even though it¡¯s not part of this case it¡¯s still connected!¡±


    How is it connected he questioned me closely. Both the crimes happened at the same planet within one day of each other! That could be a coincidence he scoffed unless you have proof that they were connected he laughed because he knew there was no such evidence.


    Continue the testimony unless someone can prove the murder case is connected we won¡¯t bring it up again said, the Judge in a commanding tone. The Joker continued on ¡°after eating the food wolf like creature fled it knew it had done something wrong so it fled right after eating without cleaning up after that I went to the base and reported this to the higher ups.¡± From all the evidence and, testimony it seems obvious that the defendant is guilty there is no reason to delay the verdict I declare that the defendant is ¡°no I can''t let this happen I must do something and quick!¡±

    The defendant Cookie! The defense requests Cookie testifys.


    Objection! The prosecution objects to the defense¡¯s request! ¡°Hmm¡­ this highly unusual Mr, Pain the court would even have to request for a translator badge.


    The translator badge converts animal speak into human speak but, is a very rare item so it isn¡¯t used in court very often. The defense ¡°pleads to the court.¡± This testimony will be very helpful. We will go through with the defense request only of the defense is willing to be penalized if the defendant doesn¡¯t say any relevant information!


    ¡°I agree your, honor.¡±


    The Judge bangs his gavel and, says


    Court will recommence tomorrow after we obtain a translator badge.


    That was too close. This is my first case and, I almost and, badly! Thank you so much Mr, Pain for defending Cookie. ¡°Haha this is the first time I''ve heard you call me Mr, Pain. Cathy goes bright red don¡¯t tease me Pain or you don¡¯t want to know what I will do humph.


    I sure hope Cookie has some relevant information for tomorrow''s court case or I will be penalized. ¡°I¡¯m sure she has something Pain don¡¯t worry.¡± Yes I think I better go get some sleep now so I am well rested for tomorrow.

    The court will now reconvene for the trial of ¡°magical beast Cookie¡±


    May, the defense call the witness to the stand!


    Yes, your honor I gave a signal to Cathy and, she helped Cookie go up to the podium which is in the middle of the courtroom.


    Bailiff, give the witness the translator badge.


    As that was going on I was preparing my evidence because the prosecution would definitely try to take down Cookie¡¯s testimony in any possible.


    Will the witness please state their name and, occupation.


    My name is Cookie and my occupation is ¡°pet.¡±


    The Judge hit his gavel please tell us what you were doing on the say of the crime! Yes, your honor I had gotten a call from my friend telling me to please come to the The Colorful Planets Solar System when I got to the solar system I heard screaming so I went to the Blue Planet.


    Objection! ¡°The prosecution loudly interjected so what you''re saying is you had never gone to the ¡°Green Planet.¡± That can¡¯t be right we have proof that a magical beast went to the Green Planet! Hold It! Just because a magical beast went to the Green Planet doesn¡¯t mean that beast was Cookie! There was only one type of magical beasts magic residue found at the crime scene at the Blue Planet! and, it was the defendant''s! ¡°The friend that called Cookie could have set her up by sending the ¡°food¡± to the planet.


    Then called her and, used the screams to lure her to the Blue Planet I spoke sharply trying to get the prosecution to step down.¡± but it seems it wasn¡¯t over yet he retorted even if that ¡°friend¡± called her to that solar system and, put the food on that planet which most likely did not happen how could that ¡°friend¡± control the screams!


    I frowned and, said it could have been a coincidence.

    Objection! Remember our last witness also heard the screams could it be that your witness can hear the screams but, my witness can¡¯t? It¡¯s been a long time some one has gone head to head with me in a trial are you sure you don¡¯t want to pull out! That creeped me out quite a bit because before the trial started I found out that the prosecution on this case is famous Mr, Drake they called him he only took on the most important cases. This case can¡¯t be regarded as that important so the fact that he took on this case can be regarded as really strange. The Judge pounded his gavel enough of this we need more evidence before we go back to that discussion for now let''s move on with the testimony!


    Cookie started again when I reached the surface of the planet I saw the scraps of food were already there!


    Objection! This is clearly faulty your, honor the time she got to the planet the food should still have been she got there around 11:00 according to forensic testing the food was only turned into scraps around 12:00!


    I grinned evilly in my heart this is what I was waiting for time for my trump card!


    Objection! I have found magical chemicals at the scene of the crime that can corrode food into scraps!


    What!? Impossible I have never heard of this! The prosecution''s face turned grim.


    I also found the friend that called Cookie and, he has already confessed to the crime of getting the food on the Green Planet, and transporting it to the Blue Planet! I gave the Judge the documents he banged his gavel that''s enough for now most of the evidence incriminating


    The defendant has proved faulty plus I had some suspicions toward the other witness Joker for some time now so I declare the defendant Cookie


    ¡°NOT GUILTY¡±
