《Dating a Witch》 Chapter 1 "A... glass of water... please," the tall man, said panting. The young man, his face sharp, wearing a white tunic with tawny stitches examined the tall man with his apple-white eyes for a while and said, "You don''t look like you''re from Tlonia." "''Cause I am not. Please provide me with water... I will tell you everything soon." The tunic person nodded to that and brought water for him. "Huh! I was so thirsty. Thanks, man. Thanks for the water." The person who wasn''t from Tlonia forced a smile. "By the way I am Samar Rudra, and I am from Alize." "Oh! So you''re from Alize! I seldom see people from Alize coming around here. So, can I know why are you here, if you don''t mind?" "I am here in search of Olaas. Do you know where I will find him?" Samar said, putting on his brown rough-spun cloak on. "No. But I know someone who can help you." ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n "Where''s this Samar gone now?" Dhruv asked, getting annoyed. "I don''t know, but hey! He is just adding more trouble into our shoulders!" Amon sounded more worried than irritated. "Let''s tell Moms that Samar''s gone out in his escapades again!" "We should forget about that troublesome person and do what we have come to do here," said Jovian, looking at the map he was holding. "Tell me where are we?" Amon and Dhruv asked him in unison. "In the southern most part of Tlonia. We will find Olaas in the Jurin Mountain, that one, just a mile away from here." "Okay, we have to reach there before sunset. Now, let''s go." ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n They went through the alley of Tlonia, it was filled with very strange people who just kept staring at Samar, all the time. He was feeling awkward but managed to bring confidence in his face. "Hey! White-tunic-dude, who is this person whom you gonna show me?!" Samar finally asked, since he wasn''t trusting that boy anymore. "If you want to meet Olaas, you''ll have first to meet ''Her''. The person you will be meeting, knows each and every place of Tlonia, every merchant who come to Tlonia search for Her, but She only meets some of them. Now don''t ask any more questions or the scouting people will be attracted and tempted to follow us." Samar kept quiet and followed him. They further went through twists and turns, going through alleyways and dark corridors covered by the shadows as they reached a place, a dark and isolated place, where the ground was floored with marble. "What is this place?" Samar mumbled under his breath. There were stairs that strangely led down to an underground area. The tunic guy and Samar reached downstairs and found themselves in the underground landing. There was a glowstone fixed to the ceiling and a door was nearby them, beyond which came rather loud noises, shouts, and Samar could make out curses like "Hurry up, you bunchofa faggots!" "Sunova bastards! Pick these cursed barrels already!" "My name''s Jefer; Veer Jefer, by the way, and it was a pleasure to work with you," Veer said, "and now beyond this door will you find a termagant, who''s frequently swearing. Though they will provide you with answers... well, maybe." Veer opened the door for both of them and stepped in to confront the termagant and whispered something on the termagant''s ears! The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement. "Faggot, don''t disrupt my peace! You beefy cocks can come tomorrow!" the termagant said, and walked away. "What just happened?! Did she...did she just walked away without helping me? Damn! I should have never trusted you! I almost wasted an hour coming here. I will surely not find Olaas before sunset! I better shouldn''t have trusted you!" Samar held his hairs firmly, in anger. He just was totally freaking and shouting on the person. Veer was just staring at him, with pity. Samar went out and sat in the stairs, trying to calm himself down. After sometime, he saw Veer coming. "Please leave me alone," he requested. Veer stood there, looking at him blankly. After a while, Samar looked at him, and Veer smiled. Samar groaned and looked down, giving him a deadly glare. After sometime, he kept a rolled brown paper, next to Samar. He picked it up getting annoyed. "What the hell is thi¡ªWoah! A map of Tlonia." Samar suddenly smiled in glee, constantly looking at the map, which was more specific and better than the one that Jovian was having. "I can help you to search Olaas, if you want?" Veer asked and Samar smiled even more wider. "So where will we find him?" "In the center of the city," Veer said. "Not in the Jurin mountain?" "Jurin mountain? Really? Only the monks live there!" "I think we''re wasting our time. I think we should move." Veer nodded "Yeah, that sounds good!" and they started moving towards the center of Tlonia. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n "Oh dude! I am so tired. Can''t we just take some rest for at least an instant?" Amon said, catching his breath. "Come on, Amon. We have to get to Olaas before sundown," Dhruv said, following Jovian, who was having the map and was leading them. "I should have stayed with Samar; at least he listens to me!" Amon exclaimed, walking staggeringly. "Not at all! He is so careless and irresponsible about the quest. He always hates to come to Tlonia with us. He''s so lighthearted! I don''t know when he will get serious into this like us," Dhruv said, annoyed. "Okay, Fine! Can''t we just stop for water or something-" He was cut off by Jovian, "We finally reached Jurin''s cave, people. Can you see that door?" "Yeah." "There we will find Olaas! Hurray!" They got really excited, but they just stood calm and slowly walked forward. It wasn''t much of a dark cavern: sunlight was able to enter from the small holes in the ceiling. The place was filled with an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility. They saw a number of monks sitting quietly on the round ground as they kept on meditating, giving out a sort of divine aura from themselves. "Which one of you think is Olaas?" Jovian whispered to Dhruv. "I don''t know, bro," he said, looking confused as he looked around with his eyes squinting. "What do you want, son?" the oldest of the monks who were standing asked. They just looked at each other for sometime before saying, "Where will we find Olaas?" The old geezer looked at them for many seconds, "You won''t find Olaas here, son." "What?!" three of them shouted in unison, in shock! "Don''t you sons know this mountain is a holy place for monks to meditate in peace? From where did you know that you will find Olaas here, son?" They handed him the map they had bought. "We bought this map while coming to Tlonia. We paid four silver coins for it." They seemed dissapointed with this. "I really can''t help you, son." "Really Father?" Amon asked, irritated with the false fatherhood of the monk. They came out of the cave, with a sad face on each of them. They looked around, and it was afternoon already and sun was about to go down in the west. They had failed in their quest; they felt irritated about it. After wasting almost a day, and sweating around for it, they didn''t get any good result out of it. "It is all because of Samar!! If he hadn''t gone out of the party, we would have got Olaas! I think we should go back." Amon said, annoyed. "What about Samar? Shouldn''t we wait for him?" Jovian asked. "He must be gone back already. Now let''s get back cuz my tummy has rats running in it," Dhruv said, getting up. "I hope so he has left for Alize," muttered Jovian, while getting up. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n "Hey! Samar-sama! Can''t you run a little slower, so that I can match up your speed?" Veer said, following Samar. "We don''t have time! We need to find Olaas soon! Now where will we have to go?" "Um-Right from here!!" Veer exclaimed. Samar turned towards right and started running again. "Boy! You were so fast!" Veer said, bending down and taking deep breaths, completely exhausted. "Is this the place that you were talking about???" Samar asked. They were currently standing in front of a big house, which had a big wooden door in front of it, with some old runic symbols scribbled on its surface. "Yeah. It is." He pushed the door open and went inside. He saw many girls walking around, they were wearing white gowns with their hairs reaching their waist. All of them were looking almost alike: snow-white skin, sapphire-like hazel eyes, sharp nose, ruby-red lips. They were really pretty and bewitching. Some were busy plucking the leaves and flowers, and some were busy bringing water. Each and every one was engrossed in some work. "What you guys want?" They got distracted by a lady, who was standing right behind him. "Can you say me where I will find Olaas?" "Olaas?" Chapter 2 "Olaas?" They both saw a very sultry woman standing there. She had dreamy hazel eyes; she was having snow-white skin, her hair were dark brown in colour. "Wow," whispered Veer, under his breath. Veer and Samar just kept staring at her. They were really looking at her dreamily. They got excited. "Hey, you strange guys." She managed to snap them out of their wonderland. "Do you want to join me for dinner?" Veer asked dreamily, not at all aware of the things he was speaking. "What?!" she asked, getting confused. "Do you know, um-where we will find Olaas?" Samar asked, not letting Veer puke out another stupid shit. "You want to meet Olaas? Come, follow me then." She headed towards a big room. The room was painted white in colour. It was filled with many vases and candles; it looked really good. They saw a lady, showing her back to them, sitting on her knees and was praying while looking at a symbol imprinted on the walls. "Zbubian Vuxw...Uh-What do you want, now?" she asked, slowly getting up. "These guys wanted to meet you," saying this, that pretty woman left them alone in the room. The lady looked back, her hair was red, and was touching the ground. Her nose was very sharp, and her eyes were grave orange in colour, her lips pale pink. She looked very attractive, as well as she exerted a dangerous aura about her. An attractively dangerous aura. "Hey, I wanted to meet Olaas. Where is he?" "Why do you think you''re not looking right at her?" she hissed, as she sinuously walked towards them. Samar kept the silence for a couple of seconds before realising it and broke the silence with, "Wait, what? You are Olaas???? I was searching you, without knowing who you really are. Ha! Hahahahaho! It was really stupid-oh, I am really sorry." "Samar Rudra, I knew you would come. I always knew. Rudras'' don''t have much of any work to do. Tell me, what do you guys want?" "Uh-It''s something about Fiorry, it''s dying. This for the first time, whole thousands of years it was alive but now, it''s dying. Please help us to save it." Olaas looked towards the sun drowning down the horizon which was about to go down. She became really tensed, as she said, "We have to reach there soon before it gets too late."This story originates from a different website. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there. Samar just nodded, and all of them went out. "We should get some horses to reach there. I have enough silvers," Samar said. "Only a Rudra can tell such things like that," she said in a mocking manner. It was a taunt. "What do you mean?" he asked, a bit pissed. "Glexov Kutufs!" she shouted and suddenly a longstaff came flying and landed on her hand. She sat on it. "Hey! Don''t you wanna come?" Samar nodded and sat back in the longstaff. He looked at Veer, who just said: "Hey! I am not coming with you guys, I have many things to do today, will see you soon." "Thanks, Veer." Samar smiled. "So, um¡ªaren''t you coming here again?" he asked. "Uh¡ªYes, I am. Why are you asking?" "Then meet you tomorrow, cause I seriously have many things to do!" "Okay. Olaas we should move." "Datiny kucefois!" she shouted before flying in to the skies. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n There they were, the three failed musketeers, walking back home defeated. Plus, they were walking slothfully and bent, while Dhruv was the one walking vigorously and straight. "Man, we need water!" Amon yelled, as he looked up at the lavender sky and cursed out his misery. He was currently homesick, longing to sleep back in his bed and sloth on it for hours till he was refreshed. "Damn! It was all because of Samar! It was all his fault that we couldn''t find Olaas! Goddamn him!" Jovian yelled, getting irritated with the long walk and their failure to finish the quest. By the way, Jovian, how it was his fault? You went to the wrong place, how it Samar''s fault? You got the wrong map to Jurin mountain, how was it his fault¡ªuh, forget it. "Guys, just stop shouting at my ears, alright. Don''t you guys understand that you''re all wasting more energy in shouting rather than walking?" Dhruv said, calmly. They both were cursing themselves for selling the horses to the strange person who claimed to take them to Olaas but then got lost in Tlonia. What a fraud they had faced! "I need some water, please," Amon cried, kneeling down on the grass. "Amon, walk for another half an hour and we will reach home." Dhruv tried to convince his brother, who was not in the mood to take another step. "Can''t we take some rest and then go? I am even tired, and I really need to rest," Jovian said, sitting beside Amon. "Uh-Fine! We will have some rest, okay, and then we will walk for Alize again, this time without stopping," Dhruv stated and sat beside his two brothers. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n "Stop here!" Samar requested to Olaas as they reached the very outskirts of Alize city''s precincts. "I know what to do!" she said, as they landed near the entry of the city. Soon, Olaas covered herself with a black scarf, and followed Samar''s lead. Samar knew the shortcut to his house, where he would find his dad. Alize was totally different from Tlonia, here people were busy doing their own work, not at all bothered about anyone. Samar and Olaas kept walking on the alley looking at people, each and every person looked engaged some or the other work unlike Tlonia where people used to be very mischievous and scary. "Come in," he said, as they entered the big house, which was home for every Saviour; it was more like a palace. Every Saviour lives life like a king as they are part of a big thing, and the Rudras were one of them. "Samar! Where are you going?" asked one of his friends, when they saw him walking in the corridors with a person who was all covered. "Hey, Bhrigu. Can you tell me where''s dad?" "Well, I saw him in the glass room," he said. Samar glanced back Olaas as they both went to the room. He saw his father busy looking at the drowning sun. "Need some help, father?" Samar asked. His father turned around, his azure eyes were the most attractive things of all in him, but today there was a tinge of worry and distress filled in them. When he saw Samar, he was even more tensed and hoped he has been successful. "Have you been able to get Olaas?" he asked in his croaked voice. "Hmm. . . I never knew you were so desperate to see me," said Olaas, as she walked towards him. "Oh, I didn''t even know when I was so desperate to see YOU," he said with a lot of arrogance erupting out in his tone. He was, after all, worried. "We could have continued with the fight but we don''t have time. Now take me to Fiory." He again got tensed and headed towards the back of their house, to see the thing for which they were worried, Fiory. As they came out, Olaas eyes got wider. "Oh no," was the only thing she able to mumble as she witnessed the scene in front of her. Chapter 3 ¡°I know it''s really sad, but now I need your help,¡± he said calmly, looking at the orchard which was leaving a rottening stench in the atmosphere. All animals were strewn on the ground: all lacking the signs of life. They went into the orchard which had become swampy and impossible now. Trees were all in a state of dying, not able to move like they did, leaves were turning black and falling down every moment. It was the same orchard which was once filled with beautiful flowers and animals. It had powers of all Angels and Demons. It was the Saviour as well the Destroyer. It was the orchard of powers which is named Fiory. ¡°Please tell me, who did this to you?¡± she asked, as she walked towards one of the trees. The tree was able to move a bit, and her eyes widened as if she had got the answers she needed. ¡°What happened, Olaas? What are they saying?¡± ¡°The People from Zyudh had come here. They have the power of Fiory,¡± said Olaas, a bit panicked. ¡°Zyood? What is this thing?¡± Samar asked, a bit confused. ¡°Zyudh, it is the place where all witches live. After passing through Tlonia, you will find it.¡± ¡°We don''t have much time, Olaas! Save Fiory!¡± Olaas nodded at him and went inside the orchard. She went to the center of the orchard and found the big and oldest tree of the orchard. The Ancient Tree of Serenity. She slowly caressed it with her right hand. Samar and his father stood back, allowing her to heal it. She closed her eyes, and started whispering her spells. For some seconds nothing happened, but then out of the blue all trees, birds and animals around started creating some wierd noise. The noises were really scary and loud. Olaas¡¯ nose started to bleed, at which she abruptly opened her eyes which was now light-leafy green in color, and then shouted loudly, ¡°Mayamdelogon!¡± in one breadth, before collapsing to the ground. She had fainted. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n ¡°Give me something to drink, Surya!¡± shouted Amon, sitting in one of the chair. ¡°Give me two minutes max. I will bring ¡®em soon,¡±said the waiter of the caf¨¦ whose name was Surya. ¡°I can''t wait to get back home. I have to go find dad and tell him everything. Do it fast, you guys!!¡± Dhruv said, irritated. ¡°Come on, bro. Can''t you wait for sometime? We just reached Alize now and you want to go home so already. Please, just let us have some water, at least,¡± Jovian said, looking around for Surya. Dhruv nodded his head. ¡°Okay, Fine. I can wait till that.¡± ¡°This is your drinks, guys.¡± Surya kept the flagons full of beer in front of ¡®em. ¡°Hey, Surya! Have you seen Samar coming here?¡± asked Amon. ¡°Nope. But I did saw him going back home. He was really in a hurry. He looked rather tensed than usual.¡± Amon nodded. ¡°Okay, Thanks.¡± Surya went back to his place and served the other guests in the caf¨¦. After drinking and emptying the flagons, they went to pay the money. They saw a beautiful lady standing in the counter, taking money. They recognized her as Mira. ¡°Hey, Mira. How are you?¡± asked the ever flirtatious Amon, as he stared right at her moonlit green eyes. She smiled. ¡°Well, I am rather good here.¡± ¡°How much do we have to pay?¡± asked the ever serious and solemn Dhruv. ¡°It would have been seven coppers, but five coppers will do,¡± she said and smiled at him. He groaned while taking out the copper coins. This was all he had after buying the fake map for four silvers back in Tlonia. ¡°Thank you for coming to Agni Caf¨¦,¡± she said as they started to move out. Amon winked at her before going out. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n ¡°Hey! Are you okay?¡± asked Samar as he saw Olaas getting up from his bed. ¡°Where are we?¡± she said looking at the room, all white in color. She was currently sitting on a wide king-sized bed. ¡°My room, in Alize. Remember?¡± he asked, coming closer to her. But still he maintained a friendly distance. She nodded her head and tried to get up. Samar signalled her to not to get up and sat in a chair next to the bed. ¡°Now, tell me the whole thing that I have been missing out, that I am currently carving to know. What''s happening here? Fiory? Zyudh? Witches? What''s the connection here? Is everything going on here an omen of an impending doom?¡± Olaas shook her head before answering anything. ¡°...Okay, so here it goes: Long time back, there was a king named Wuv. He was real weak and a foolish king and nobody was following his orders or ideals, so he used to live a lonely life, feeling depressed as nobody was obeying him. Until one day, when he came across Uveri, the black witch who was known to be the strongest witch ever in that time. She wanted a person to control, and she found it to be Wuv, who got easily influenced by her words and ideals. Wuv and Uveri became good friends, or as it seemed to Wuv; she was really beautiful and knew how to bewitch and use people. If you encounter this narrative on Amazon, note that it''s taken without the author''s consent. Report it. ¡°Then soon Wuv became the powerful and the mightiest of all kings, rulers, caliphs of all times, with her help that is. Being a powerful king he eventually conquered Alize, one of the strongest nations at that time, and there he found the world''s most powerful stones which were holding an unimaginable energies inside them. He gave the responsibility to Uveri, to be a Saviour of these stones. He then soon married to Uveri. He then met Serena, a nice and pretty queen of another nation and soon married to her. They had a son named Neel. He was strong and very smart, very intelligent: though he was young, his decisions were like that of a true king. A true leader. ¡°He always knew the truth of Uveri, that he knew that she coveted the royal powers and wanted rule the world. That she was using his father as a puppet and was pulling the strings to move her pieces. She was winning. But he wouldn''t let his people lose. He couldn''t understand how could one be happy by being able to rule the world. ¡°So one day, he publicly told everyone of her plans, but his father trusted Uveri even more than his own son. He slapped him and asked him to leave the castle forever and leave for discipline in Jurin Mountains. But some of the villagers agreed to the young boy, and so that night Neel with his group went to castle to assassinate Uveri for greater good. They horrifyingly found his father lying dead on the floor, and Uveri standing in front of him, blood-handed. They failed to kill her, but from that day witches weren''t allowed to Alize. A feeling of hatred poured into the hearts of each and every people of Alize against witches. Soon, Neel took the throne and became the king and he only assigned some of the chosen families to be in the group of Saviours. ¡°They went into a frenzy hunt for killing each and every witch they came across. A feeling of hatred was built across the land of Alize. Not caring about a witch''s child, mother, old lady, they just kept on killing any offspring or any mother or any elderly who was a witch. They will be killing them till they find Uveri, not knowing the emotions of innocent witches.¡± Olaas looked to a corner, tried to control her feelings as she was tightly holding the bedsheets the whole time as she narrated the story. She continued, ¡°I don''t know where Uveri is, but Black witches have also started hating Alize''s people. They never allowed any human into their haven, Zyudh. And they will get the Stones to become powerful and take the revenge on Alize for killing their people. We, the white witches of Tlonia, will not allow that.¡± Samar was dumbfounded at moment after carefully listening the whole story. He didn''t know what to say now. He lacked words. Even if there were any words, they were just kept at the tip of his tongue. While he kept on looking at her, he was thinking for solutions for all these events that took or were taking place. Since he couldn''t change the past, he looked forward for the future. Olaas then peered through the room''s window, and there she could see the trees and grases were able to move again. Birds and animals were back to life. Everything had been resurrected. She sighed in relief as she saw that everything was now perfect again. After some minutes of ringing silence, faint sounds which heard like footsteps were coming closer to their location. ¡°Olaas! I need to talk to you. Samar, you can leave.¡± It was Samar''s father. Samar nodded and went outside, leaving both of them alone. Without wasting anymore of his time, he went out and found Bhrigu talking with his other friends. He smiled, and went to them. For now, he was glad to be here at the present. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n ¡°Where''s father?¡± asked Dhruv to one of the castle knights. He pointed towards the room where their father was. They all followed Dhruv and went in. They found father standing near the window, and looking at Fiory which was now back to live. ¡°Fiory is alive! But how?!¡± Amon shouted, in excitement. Father turned around them. ¡°Yes! It''s alive again. Now, will you tell me where were you guys all this time?¡± ¡°We almost got him, but he was able to escape from our hands. This was all because Samar. He bunked in the crucial time, when we were about to catch Olaas,¡± Jovian said, eying Amon who seemed like he was about to argue. Father looked at him annoyingly, before saying in a lukewarm voice, ¡°No need to lie me, Jovian.¡± ¡°What?! I am not lying, father! It''s the truth!¡± Jovian said. ¡°How did you know we were lying, Father?¡± Amon asked, confused. Jovian slapped his forehead at that. ¡®Great! He even admitted that we were lying!¡¯ ¡°I have already met Olaas. She just went a minute before,¡± Father said. ¡°She?! I didn''t know Olaas is a lady...¡± Amon said, laughing at himself. ¡°And guess who had found her?¡± he again shouted, completely showing them of his annoyance towards them. ¡°Who?¡± asked Dhruv, who looked real serious at this point of time like always. ¡°Your younger brother, Samar!¡± ¡°What?!¡± Amon and Jovian shouted in unison. ¡°Yes! Now don''t utter a single word and get out of my room. You guys have already disappointed me. I expected a LOT from you guys! Now go and learn something from your younger brother,¡± He said, and stormed inside his room, slamming the doors behind him. Dhruv looked irritated, whereas Jovian and Amon were still wondering about Olaas being a lady. ©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n©n ¡°Hey Man! I am sorry that I wasn''t able to talk to you properly. You see, I was in a hurry to meet father,¡± Samar said, walking towards Bhrigu. ¡°It''s totally fine for me. Did you know, a new girl have joined in our squad? She is exceptionally good in fighting. She fights just like you, completely in a par! Though I doubt she would be able to fight Noti! You should meet her.¡± ¡°Oh really? What''s her name?¡± Samar asked, looking around. ¡°Uh, her name''s¡ª¡± But then he was suddenly cut off by Samar. ¡°I really wanted to listen to you but sorry I have go,¡± he said, and then followed a woman who was completely covered in dark robes. ¡°Hey! Why are following me?¡± she asked to Samar, annoyed, when she had reached a deserted area. Samar smiled. ¡°Nothing, just wanted to say you, you know, ¡®thank you¡¯.¡± ¡°Ah well, you''re welcome.¡± She gave him an instant cold smile, and checked whether somebody was around nearby or not. ¡°So¡ªCan we meet again when I will go to Tlonia?¡± Samar asked. ¡°Definitely not. I really have a lot of work to do back there. We Elder Witches live a busy life, should you know. But if you really want to meet me, then you can ask my sister. She will tell you where to find me.¡± ¡°That ¡®dreamy hazel eyes¡¯ girl. She looked really pretty,¡± he complimented. She again gave him an instant cold smile at that. ¡°Glexov Kutufs.¡± With that a long staff came in to her hand, and she sat on it. ¡°Don''t try your luck on her, Samar. She already has a boyfriend. . . Datiny kucefois! ¡± she shouted, before disappearing into the skies in an amazing speed. ¡°Who will want her when you are there! I will meet you soon, Olaas. I promise,¡± he whispers, and goes back to his friends.
