Randy and Erica burst into the room, only to find Debra mping down on Marion''s arm with her teeth. Shocked, Randy rushed forward to separate them.
But Marion stopped him. "Don''t move."
"What? Your arm is bleeding." Randy was confused, but he quickly noticed Debra''s unusual pallor.
He touched her forehead and found it was burning.
Erica stood by, anxious. "What''s going on? What happened to Debra?"
"Say no more," Randy said with a grim expression, grabbing her arm. "We need to get out of here."
"What? No, we can''t just leave," Erica said anxiously, calling out to Debra.
But Debra seemed oblivious and looked painful.
"Let''s leave." Randy pulled Erica back and dragged her out of the room.
Andrew was already outside. Erica rushed to him.
"Debra is sick. Please call a doctor."
"I already did. But remember, don''t let anyone else know about this."
"I understand. I''ll go find William," Randy responded with rare seriousness.
Erica, sensing the gravity of the situation, muttered, "No, it can''t be."
Neither Randy nor Andrew responded, their silence confirming her fears.
Erica clenched her fists so tightly that her knuckles turned white.
In their circle, drug addiction was not umon, and the oues were always tragic. She was worried that Debra couldn''t pull through.

"She''ll be fine," Andrew assured, though it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself. "Marion has been preparing to take down the Lowe family. We''ve been
researching antidotes for their new drugs. Debra will be okay. She has to
be"
Inside the room, the taste of blood filled Debra''s mouth. She seemed toe to her senses, realizing she had bitten Marion''s arm.
"I''m sorry," she cried.
Marion felt a sharp pain in his chest, as if a knife had been plunged into his heart.
He cupped her face gently. "It''s okay, sweetheart. Trust me, I''ll find a way. You have to hang in there. Only by getting through this can you truly be free from this pain."
Debra was beyond reason, shaking
her head frantically. Her grip on Marion''s arm tightened. "Marion, I''m begging you. You''re the only one can ask. Give me the drugs. I know
you can find them. Mario Ove
