    "Five rewards."


    Raising up all five fingers on one of his hands, Vaughn looked at the young man with a confident smile. "You''ll receive a total of five rewards from me, all of which will help you greatly in your journey after you leave this inheritance."


    Hearing those wordse out of the man''s mouth, Valyr looked at the man with excitement, expectant of the rewards a Greater God would possibly him. n/?/vel/b//jn dot c//om


    However, just as the man was about to start giving the young man his rewards, Vaughn looked back at the artificial screen that contained all of the information he obtained on Valyr.


    Staring at it for a bit, the man began to frown, looking back and forth between the screen and Valyr.


    "On second thought…" Seeing Vaughn change his mind on the rewards, the young man began to wonder why the man changed his mind in the first ce, certain that he was going to reduce his rewards.


    Though, rather than reduce the rewards he''d get from the man, Vaughn surprisingly did the exact opposite.


    Counting the digits on his hands, the man soon raised six fingers before giving Valyr a firm nod. "Yeah. Six rewards should be right."


    "I''ll be giving you a total of six rewards."


    At those words, the gears in Valyr''s mind began to turn, pondering over what kind of rewards the man would give him.


    At the same time, it made him wonder whether the rewards he''d obtain were simr to the Gates of Enlightenment and Awakening in terms of counting.


    ''Then again, I wouldn''t be surprised if he decided to increase my hidden stats, and have each hidden stat be equivalent to one reward,'' thought the young man to himself, feeling that Vaughn would do something like that.


    "What kind of rewards am I going to get?" Deciding to push his pessimism aside, Valyr went ahead and asked Vaughn for more information to satiate his curiosity.


    "Four of those rewards would bebat-rted," said Vaughn after pondering it for a bit. "Then, thest two would be production-rted."


    "No, wait. One of the two is production-rted, while the other one could be used for bothbat and production."


    "I see." Listening to the man''s response, Valyr faintly nodded in understanding. "Does the reason why you''ve chosen to give me morebat-rted rewards have something to do with the tasks you want me toplete?"


    As this question left his mouth, the young man thought back to the choices the Gates of Awakening gave him for his rewards during the trials, asking him to choose whether he wanted his rewards to skew towardsbat, production, or both.


    Hearing Vaughn talk aboutbat-rted and production-rted rewards somewhat reminded Valyr of that situation. Though, unlike that time, Vaughn made the choice for him.


    "Well, partly," replied Vaughn without beating around the bush. "Mostly, I decided to have more of your rewards bebat-rted due to your current skill set."


    "Honestly, it''s all over the ce."


    Hearing that, Valyr merely smiled in response.


    "Spear skills, magic skills, summoning skills, firearms, and skills that help you improve your technique with other weapons…" muttered Vaughn as he brought up the artificial-looking screen in front of his face once more.


    "I''m guessing you brought many of these up to their current state with the help of the Realm of Myriad Experiences. In any case, you''re watering down yourbat potential by focusing on so manybat styles at once."


    "Fortunately, your encounter in the Hall of Legends and Myths is helping youbine thosebat styles together into something more cohesive, albeit gradually," said the man with a nod.


    "You''ve definitely gained a lot from Sellifer, learning Azure Energy and all that," continued the man with a faint smile. "However, you''re gonna have to put in the effort yourself if you want it to transform into one cohesive style."


    "Hopefully, these rewards I''m about to give you will help you out in that regard."

    Bringing out a set of crystals that looked like ss shards from who knows where, Vaughn moved the artificial screen to the side as he looked at the young man with a faint smile.


    "By looking at your information, I''ve noticed that your Intents seem to have somewhat shaky foundations. I''m guessing Sellifer helped you out in that area?"


    Looking back at Vaughn, Valyr nodded. "She did a Concept Impartation to help me out."


    "As expected," replied Vaughn with a smile as he nodded. "It does make sense. After all, both of you haveprehended something in regards to both mana and Shadow Energy."


    "However, even though that may be the case, the two of you stillprehended different parts of the same picture," continued Vaughn with a slight frown. "She may have purified it as much as possible, but there''s still some parts of herprehension that get in here and there."


    "It won''t really affect you that much even after you reach the peak of Rank 5, but it''ll definitely be an issue once you try to aim to ascend to Rank 6."


    "With that, your first reward is a Concept Impartation from yours truly." Saying these words, Vaughn shifted Valyr''s attention to the crystals he brought out.


    "But unlike Sellifer''s Concept Impartation, where she used her ownprehended concepts to do it, I''ll be using Crystallized Nomological Shards, allowing you to both shore up your foundations and prepare your concepts for the next stage."


    While listening to the words that came out of Vaughn''s mouth, Valyr gradually ended up bing confused as the man was saying a lot.


    Though, that confusion disappeared on its own once he heard that the man was doing a Concept Impartation of his own as a reward.


    Adding on the fact that he was going to use Crystallized Nomological Shards, items that had effects Valyr knew very well, the young man could not help but be excited, eager to undergo the impartation at this very instant.


    Sadly, Vaughn seemed to have other ns for the meantime.


    "We''ll save the Concept Impartation for after you get most of your other rewards," said the man, giving Valyr an apologetic smile after seeing thetter looking glum.


    "This is so you can maximize your gains from the Concept Impartation," reassured Vaughn as he decided to continue onto the next reward. "Then again, it''s not like the other rewards are any less shabby than this one."

    Putting the Crystallized Nomological Shards into a rift he had opened, Vaughn then retrieved another item from who knows where, this time taking on the form of a book.


    "While looking through your information, I noticed that you got your hands on a skill that many people have wanted to obtain, but can''t."


    Allowing the book to hover before the two of them, Valyr took a look at it, only for his eyes to widen in surprise as he realized what the man had brought.


    Seeing the look of realization in the young man''s eyes, Vaughn let out a bit ofughter as he soon yed around with the book for a bit.


    "For your second reward…"


    "Since you''ve already begun toprehend the 1st Volume of the Outer Realm Scripture…"


    "I suppose it makes sense for you to beginprehending the 1st Volume of the Inner Realm Scripture as well."
