    Liu Qian already expected Qi Hui to say such things, so he looked at Jiang Mingyue. “Do you dare to show us your thesis?”


    By then, Jiang Mingyue had alreadyposed herself. She looked into Liu Qian’s eyespletely unperturbed. “I wrote the thesis, so what do I have to fear?”


    Jiang Mingyue was in the habit of bringing her USB drive around. All her original articles were saved on the disk. She retrieved a USB drive from her bag and handed it to Liu Qian. “It is the document entitled ‘Gic Code Decipherment’.”


    Other than Huo Yao’s previous calctions, she had painstakingly finished the rest of the paper on her own.


    She waspletely unafraid.


    Liu Qian took the thumb drive, printed her article, and returned it to Jiang Mingyue. He went through the paper quickly before he pointed at a diagram on it and said, “Look at this 3D rendering. Isn’t this the same one which Huo Yao created while she was at theboratory?”


    Jiang Mingyue looked at the figures Liu Qian was pointing at and pursed her lips. “Of course not. Our research team came up with this on our own.”


    Jiang Mingyue paused before she continued. “I agree with Huo Yao and feel that gic code decipherment has more scientific value, so we took her suggestion. However, we will never admit to giarism. This isplete hearsay. After all, she did note up with any calctions.”


    Liu Qian did not expect Jiang Mingyue to deny everything. He instantly looked annoyed. Just as he was about to speak, Qi Hui beat him to it.


    “Hang on. Mr. Liu, you asked to see my student, but did not even call Huo Yao over. How could this be right? Since we are here to settle a problem, it makes sense for both parties involved to be present.”


    Liu Qian frowned. “Says who? I was in theboratory when it happened. Have you forgotten? You asked me to assist your student during the experiment.”


    He did not call Huo Yao because he could not bring himself to see her standing here getting used by them.


    Qi Hui nced at Zhao Lian who had remained silent all this time. Although Qi Hui did not know how Zhao Lian thought about this, it was better this way. He turned to Liu Qian. “Since you are her teacher, you are naturally on her side. Your words have no ce here.”


    Qi Hui paused briefly. He took out his phone and called the administrative department. He told them to call Huo Yao and send her over without giving Liu Qian the chance to say no.


    After hanging up the phone, Qi Hui leaned against the office desk and said, “Don’t you remember what she specializes in? How could a freshman be capable of doing something asplicated as 3D rendering?”


    Even though he was not speaking particrly loudly, it was undoubtedly audible to everyone in the office.


    Zhao Lian nced at Qi Hui as he sat there. He shook his head and continued drinking his tea.


    Huo Yao came over roughly ten minutester.


    She nced around inside the office calmly. She nodded to Zhao Lian before looking at Liu Qian unhurriedly. “Mr. Liu, did you want to see me?”


    Liu Qian nodded and got straight to his point. “Regarding the giarism, Jiang Mingyue refuses to admit to it.”


    Qi Hui was standing with his back facing Liu Qian. The moment he heard what Liu Qian said, he scoffed. Here, they were still putting on an act.. This was starting to get intriguing.
