“!”

    Huo Chen’s expression froze.

Wh-What had happened all these years while I was ina...?

He could not help but clench his fist, feeling the sun engulfed by darkness.

He nced at Huo Yunting who was gesturing him to borate.

Lu’s heart was twitching, worried that Huo Yunting would let the entire cat out of the bag.

She did not really want Chen to know the actual rtionship between Huo Yunting and her.

    “For your informa—”

Lu grabbed the devil’s arm and ran out of the room immediately.

Huo Yunting followed obediently, with his mind imagining Huo Chen’s expression as they ran away.

Lu ran along the carpeted corridor decorated with broad exquisite staircases and pots. Dragging a full grown man, she had to exert strength before eventually arriving at an empty field somewhere far, far away from the mansion. The wind was cold as it whispered less death into Lu’s ears than what Huo Yunting was going to say just now.

Th-the lights of Huo family’s mansion...i-is far enough not to be seen n-now...

She panted as she finally stopped, letting go of Huo Yunting’s hands and—

    *SLAP*

The crisp sound of her p echoed in the darkness.

Lu pped his face as hard as she could without hesitating so hard that her palm burned right after.

Huo Yunting turned back to his woman, as he rubbed his cheeks and sneered. “Do you really think you could do anything as you wish with a new man standing by your side now?”

“Huo Yunting! Didn’t you promise me to keep our rtionship a secret? If so, what did you mean by those words just now? Chen and I, whether we are friends or lovers, have nothing to do with you. I have my freedom so please respect that! What should we do if everybody else heard your confession? You! You! You are the devil after all! A rotten-hearted b*stard!”

Her tone grew more hostile as she spoke, while Huo Yunting watched her calmly.

“Yeah, sure! To you, my mother, is an utterly shameless wh*re who got involved in an affair as the other woman in your family, and she made your mother mad and ill. We owed you big on that so that’s fine! I admit it and I’ll atone for it! So, bully me all you want, vite all you wish, but could you know your limits on your behavior? Do you really have to bring up my past in front of him? Do you think you are mature? He has literally nothing to do with this! Huo Yunting, how could an unreasonable, selfish, maniptive, toxic man like you exist in this world?” Lu Zhaoyang was especially enraged by Chen’s expression at Huo Yunting’s little statement just now.

She held grudges over what Huo Yunting did to her all this time and she finally blew up.

Towards her expressive rage, Huo Yunting just listened as he slowly loosened his tie and exhaled like he was smoking and then grabbed her chin.

Under the moon, his thumbnail was white, showing the strength it exerted.

    The grip. The pain.

Lu almost felt her lower jaw almost being crushed by his hand.

The agony caused her to back away, only to be pulled back by her chin.

Tears formed in her eyes as she ground her teeth when the lips came raiding her again. She tried pushing him away but he did not care. It was a deration of ownership.

Just because the devil did not speak, does not mean that hell was at peace.

Lu Zhaoyang can only be mine. Mine, mine, mine!

The kiss was harsh and furious, like gashes from an actual devil.

Lu Zhaoyang could feel her lips shredding, as she pushed him away with all the remaining strength she had.
